While it is true that the benefits are great and that there’s no shortage of work compared to before, this place is not worth committing to, and why?

The pay is not very good, the company is disorganized, and although the supervisor level is good, there is a layer of toxicity and disingenuousness in the middle management, i.e. toxic managers who will lead you on with opportunities and then take them away either to favor themselves or others. In doing so, they will make one phony excuse after another. Unless you are friends with the managers or if you’re someone with years of relevant experience, only then will they allow you to grow in your career. Otherwise, you’re just a number to them. I would think twice before accepting an offer from this place, especially if it’s for a job that is less than what you’re worth.

JOB SEEKER BEWARE.

The work is what you would expect from a trailer manufacturer. It's physically intense and fast paced at times, other times are incredibly slow and boring..... 

All the coworkers are great, but management makes a lot of questionable decisions. Also, they don't train new workers very well.... 

All in all it's a great place to work if you can ignore corporate shenanigans ignore being told you can always do better.  Ignore the corporate shenanigans, organizational flaws and it's a great place to work. Great people! Close to home. Half decent pay, certainly not what I'm worth but being close to home makes up for it.

Absolutely great company to work for when the work is there. Most of the employees are great but management is unorganized and just downright Impossible to work with. Management make it seem like such a great place to work, but you will quickly find out that they are not interested in giving out raises and will continuously pile more and more work on you with no compensation. Not one of the managers / supervisors should be in the position they are and they know it. The company employs management tactics that over time demoralize and demean many of the workers. Employees are afraid of losing their jobs, lay-offs are commonplace with no more than an hour of notice.

Great place to hone skills absolutely horrible place to be if you want to build a career as job security is garbage and it was know  within and outside as a revolving door company loosing employees or laying them off as fast as they gained them, management is good in some areas and extremely lackluster in others, hr dosnt care as much as they say and usually takes presumption over fact, if your looking for a place to go and learn it's for you but don't count on being permanent always have a backup plan.

You quickly come to learn that this place has a terrible company culture. Management is there, but there is little support in guiding employees. High turn around.
You start to see the structural nepotism that makes this place go round, and everyone seems to be in cahoots with one  another. 
This was one of my struggles when I tried to apply my skills to my position, people don’t like change here, and they will make you know that with a severance package and some hot air excuse.

Coming in to work kn a daily basis and dealing with the  blatent favoritism and nepotism

All about the company... employees are replaceable and mere workers 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
The work was enjoyable the management not so much

TYCROP is always creating new and exciting products that will challenge your skills. TYCROP is far from perfect, but the cool thing is they don't expect you to be either... They just ask you to do your best and we're encouraged to collectively as a team to try new ideas. Over the years TYCROP's culture has taken on a life of its own and grown into something no company can buy - but they wish they could. Many partnerships are forged, friendships are made and I truly enjoy working with the team every day.

Hmm...I think it was cool to know that the company have long-service staffs, working 40years+ and at the peek of their careers.
I have enjoyed the opportunity to learn and grow in my career, and to work and train with a proficient team. 
Workplace culture would be safety culture, I couldn't but noticed good housekeeping on my first tour prior to hire, the supervisor addressed safety concerns promptly.
The hardest part of the job was probably my commute-not a fan of long drives.

A very negative and disorganized façade of a work environment. Safety is a low priority there. Terrible, dishonest, and petty management/supervisors. There's gossip and drama. There are some reasons why this place has such a high turnover rate, and why most of the employees there are young, dumb, and have only been there for months. Avoid this place and don't waste your time.

Fast paced, fun, and enjoyable place to work. Benefits are awesome and the company has a comprehensive safety program in place to help make sure everyone makes it home. There is always new and exciting projects on the go and the company spends a lot of time investing in its work force. There is no limit to how high you can go if you show you are dedicated and work hard.
