A small to medium sized construction company, that believes in growth, development, advancement, and cooperation. Management works very hard to keep a positive, transparent, and encouraging environment tailored to developing individuals into veterans of the industry. I've been employed since 2019 with them and hands down have found this company to be the best I've ever found at resolving issues regardless of what they are. That doesn't me they get solved right that second but the acknowledgment and eventual resolution over and over has proven they are the real deal. I've developed a level of trust that I haven't found with any other employer because they everyone cares here. As with anything there is imperfections but that's the joys of developing a construction company in some if the most volatile and unpredictable times that we've had. 

Furthermore there is a strong belief in discussion, collaboration, systems development, communication here that simply accelerates improvements. This is something that is rarely exemplified by other companies due to size, corporate structure and stagnation of management. 

As with must construction in Canada, it's seasonal and that's no different here, that being said the diversification in multiple facets of concrete such as removals, cutting, coring, flat works, structural, underground. Ensures a much more steady year round development that has only gotten better each year I've been here. 

If you are interested in growing in the concrete industry, don't pass submitting your resume to this company. 

I have worked for task concrete for a few years and have been treated extremally well. great group of guys in the shop and in the office. 

task is a tight group of people. its more of a family then just a place to work. 

I have worked for many other concrete cutting company's in the area and Task is by far the best I have been involved with. they take peoples personal life's seriously with a great work home/balance.

Task concrete is an all around amazing company. Everyone has their bad days at work but with this company the good days STRONGLY out weigh the bad. The guys in the field are hard working both in the cutting/construction, while the office understands the troubles on site and does everything in their power to get you what you need. Highly recommend anyone that is looking for a career in the concrete industry, new or old!

Task is a very family orientated company that prides itself in a healthy work life balance. The core of the company is made up of some of the most genuine, honest people you could ever find in this construction industry. they are constantly investing in their employees giving opportunity for growth in life and in the workplace.

Company will promise you the work and everything that comes with it but they don’t have any and they skimp you on hours to make sure you don’t go over there budget, management couldn’t figure out how to dig a 2 foot hole with a spade

Most of the guys that you work with are good, but the company itself really needs work. Lack of tools. Unsafe company trucks. Disrespectful management. Poor instructions.  It was not a good experience and I would not advise working there. 

Great place to work with an innovative and smart team. Management is easy to talk too, site management is organized and tools are high quality. There is no shortage of work or hours, they are accommodating and the crews are eager to help you learn. 

Outstanding leadership helped me get into the trade. 
Easy accessibility to talk to other staff members. 
Knowledgeable staff. 
Acceptable requests for remote work opportunities. 



I really enjoyed my time with TASK. They keep us working as long as possible and really try to help us out as employees. They work hard at constantly bidding on work so we have hours and projects to go too.
