It seemed arbitrary and subjective, leaving employees in a constant state of confusion about how our goals and achievement were being measured. The lack of clarity made it difficult to gauge our process and determine areas for improvement, which ultimately hindered our professional growth. Moreover, the evaluations often felt unfair, as they appeared to be influenced by personal biases rather than objective criteria. The lack of transparency and consistency in the evaluation process left many of us feeling undervalued and demotivated, as our hard work and contributions seemed to go unnoticed or unappreciated by our supervisors. 

I can confirm the fact that the founder has depleted the creativity of its developers by imposing strict requirements and guidelines on client projects. This leaves little room for problem-solving skills to be used, as the code must be written to the exact specifications of the founder. This lack of creativity is a major downside to the job, and it is one of the reason why I left the company. Furthermore, to the lack of creatiivity, the company also has a poor management culture. The founder is often micromanaging projects, and hee can be quite hostile towards his employees. This creates a stressful and toxic work environment, which os not condunctive to productivity. 

The lead developer refused to upgrade outdated frameworks, forcing developers to work with inefficient tools while expecting top-tier results. Workloads were excessive, and deadlines were set without any realistic understanding of development timelines. Instead of focusing on long-term improvements, management prioritized short-term fixes that created more problems down the line. Career growth was an illusion, with no mentorship or opportunities to develop new skills.

The leadership at TechWyse is one of the worst I have ever seen. They're too focused on making a profit that they completely disregarded the fact that employees are human and have limits. We're focused to work long hours and stressful workloads in order to meet their insane demands. The brutal and miserable work environment led to a lot of employees quitting due to the severe burn out they experienced.

Cutthroat culture at the upper levels, so not somewhere to work long term. They put immense pressure to complete work without having timelines. Even timelines are not accepted from developers, they set timelines for themselves and assume that this will work. They literally micromanage you and expect you to do things correctly without any support or help from them. It's as if employees are all robots who work for them. I know it may look like a personal issue with the company, but it is not. This review is sincere. 

This is an overwhelmingly stressful job because basically, I had to literally perform different roles, and it's insane! Management  couldn't do anything, but constantly makes terrible decisions which terribly affects us! I mean, I should've been in management since I've been doing so much than the manager! 

TechWyse Internet Marketing has a weak leadership that is unable to resolve the problems faced by the company and its employees. The management is not capable of leading this place because it has too many internal issues and disputes. The managers themselves are the ones who are uncoordinated and disorganzied, and you can't expect good leadership from that. 

Based on my personal experience, I was constantly trying to catch up to everything! The nature of work is very fast paced, projects were squeezed together to be accomplish at a short amount of time, and deadlines felt endless. My entire mind and body felt abused after a day’s work and it was exhausting!

Those in charge make disastrous decisions at every turn and refuse to take responsibility, instead dumping the consequences onto employees. Communication is almost nonexistent, and the people running things have no idea how to guide or support the team. The atmosphere is hostile, suffocating, and completely demoralizing. If you value your peace of mind and well-being, do not set foot in TechWyse.

The work ambiance was stressful as each employee was supposed to work on multiple projects, all the time. The brutal and exhausting workload led to early burnout and increased the employee turnover rate. Also, the management followed some unethical ways to cut corners. It's something I could not avoid. I had to leave!
