The days are usually dragged out, unsure if your working full weeks of work or not.

No room for advancement

Management expects the employees to fill out raise request forms telling them why you think you deserve more money, as appose to them seeing value in their employees and rewarding accordingly. I have had raises and new employees with less experience were being hired at a higher rate of pay.

the Benefits are not too great, it's good for smaller companies, but for companies of this size they should be better.

The communication between upper management and workers on the floor are poor at best.

I have learned teamwork as it is a must in an environment that has little to no communication.

I have also learned that many competitors pay more for what is expected of you from this place.

Got hired on did the required training bought the tools "required" for the work. Did 10 days of actual working before getting hit with seasonal layoffs with no warning before I was hired that this would happen or even a week before getting just an email layoff notice. I barely made enough to cover the tools I had to buy personally. Watch your back they don't care about their workers

Co-op position through school.  Basically build tractor buckets.  Had to weld them together with mig welder or stick welder.  A very difficult and demanding job.  A lot of heavy heavy lifting.  Some slabs of metal wiegh several hundred pounds.. Cut metal with oxy-acetylene torch

I have had good experience in the past working for the Bucket Shop and enjoyed the time that I was with them. They are a good company but lack the direction to properly train their workers. I think with time they will learn this and progress.

They treat their workers bad, everyday you are rushed. Everything they build breaks. It’s a mess. Stay away from this company, employees mouth each other off daily. Don’t know who your boss is. Management team is a bunch of kids. 

look at the stars, 4 years there 1 good foreman, the only reason why i stayed, they caned him for sticking up for the floor. 6 months later i to was out "no cause". i had just turned 60 the week before. i ran the machine shop for 3.5 years, good luck.

If you are willing to learn new skills and apply them, they are willing to teach you. The new shop is amazing and there is plenty of working space. one of my favourite jobs I've had.

great place to work loads of fun. Had the pleasure of seeing the heavier side of the welding trade in regards to buckets and etc... very respectable staff and environment.

Great company to work for. Compensation is competitive and the environment is great. Lots of room to grow and prosper within the company should you be motivated to put in the work. 

Working at the bucket shop, it’s good place for work, good teamwork, the management’s it good to alls employees. Safety # 1. Good benefits ect…. All the PPE come with the job
