Coordianators and other staffs are kind, approachable. At your first client visit, they will accompany and orient you well, making sure you are comfortable and safe at client’s home. Accomodates and very flexible with regards of availability. Encouraged employees to grow and learn more based on work experiences. Offers and encouraged employees to take E-learning training courses. Excellent working place for students or IEN’s esp. new comers who would like to practice its profession and gain experience. Gives rewards for being excellent caregiver, awarded employee of the month and given a chance to have full benefits. No complaints, Work hard, accept offers as long as you can and pays well.

If patients decide to leave for extended periods of time you don’t get paid. I.e during summer hours/pt being hospital or having appointments/ pt being away for vacation you can potentially loose a lot of hours. I think since growing as a company, they have also become less attentive to supporting their staff. 

Limited opportunities for growth once you exhaust the sick kids certificates. Ok as a temporary option but I wouldn’t put all my eggs in one basket. Full time staff do not get guaranteed hours either and communication with scheduling and management is difficult

Scheduling is a stressful job but the management of Care Company create such an inviting and open atmosphere that as a worker in a naturally high-stress environment, I feel supported and encouraged by my managers. They are also very open so you don't feel that you can't approach them. Every problem feels like it can be solved together, as a team, and I don't feel left-out in the progress of the company as a whole. In fact, they make sure that you see the fruits of your labour which inspires me to do my best. 

The Care Company staff cares for both their employees and staff well being! Everyone is thoughtful and considerate. They also have a coordinator introduce you every time you go to a new client to make sure you are comfortable before starting! If you have any questions you can always call their office and talk to someone! 

They provided me with a flexible working schedule, competitive rates of pay, and trainings for any caregiver skills I was looking to gain or improve on. They also have 24-hour nursing support, so I never felt unsure of what to do during a shift!

The team does a great job supporting their staff. I always feel comfortable going to work as they welcome any questions or concerns. The management team is there for you whenever you need and are always very understanding. This truly is an amazing place to work! 

The Care Company is an organization which truly cares about its employees. From providing first visit introductions for every new client that I've met with a Care Company team member to ongoing training, The Care Company is a place where I can grow as a PSW.

Unfair management some have No benefits some do not have even if your hours if full time,rude staff, they don’t care about their employees. Low rates.
