I’m extremely relieved to have left this company, and many of my former coworkers feel the same way. There was little to no training provided, morale was consistently low, and employees were significantly underpaid. Management was unclear and often evasive regarding contracts, wages, and time off, which created a stressful and uncertain work environment.

The experience left a lasting impact on me, and I genuinely would not consider returning under any circumstances. Overall, it was a very negative workplace with poor management and a lack of respect for employees.

Interview was easy and very casual. Unfortunately, the work environment is extremely unprofessional and slow paced. Forget about advancement within the company, as prior experience means nothing for promotions. Questions about the work you are doing are often answered with an "I don't know". Do not recommend working here if you are looking for a secure job. 

I am working in Thermtest for almost 3 years. Through these years lots of changes and growth happened in the company.
Open conversations between the management and the employees let the company to adjust smoothly to these changes.
Management has employees skill growth in mind.

Thermtest has an awesome group of people and treated me great. The company has lots to offer and recently moved into a large new facility to match its growth. Overall I enjoyed my time at Thermtest and would recommend working there.  

It's a fun workplace and enjoyable to work in. When you start your job at Thermtest, everyone will help you and guide you to make you successful. I enjoyed the exposure to the international branches within the company, and I could learn a lot. 
As an immigrant, I wasn't confident about my skills and my English, but they trusted me, and we could grow together.

If you are a professional get ready to listen to all the nonsense from top management. There is no respect for fairness in your job. If you are good pretending to work you might be successful here.

Great experiences working with an innovative and forward-thinking team. You are also provided with lots of individual growth opportunities. Overall, a good employer to work for.


Please do not waste your time applying here. The management in this company needs major shuffling. No chances of growth or progress and a constant stressful environment !

Collaborative, positive work environment. Lots of potential to grow. Operates on a global level so chance to work in other markets. Management is supportive and the team is great! 

Quality before Quantity. Productivity with end results. Absolutely a great place to work and learn. Collaborative work is key to the work environment.
