Worked like a dog for this company to the point I came home every night completely covered in sweat only to be let go because I didn't meet there "criteria" what a joke! The managers there act like they like you and your work ethic only to stab you in the back and fire you without any feed back on how your doing there as an employee .. Didn't receive any monthly reviews from the managers there at the Norwich site only a letter from head office saying they're happy to have me working for them and if I have any questions or concerns I was to email the head office ... not a good place to work for

I worked in maintenance for 4 months. I actually enjoyed it other then the fact that the pay was absolutely pitiful. The guys I worked with where great. Maintenance manager was great. 4 months in the head office came up and blindsided me and 18 other people. With no warning or even a " I'm really  sorry" they told me and three other maintenance guys that our positions where terminated to no fault of your own effective immediately. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.

Same thing happened to me at a different location as the millwright below commented 
Found the pay to be below industry average and the caliber of employees is pretty low as well, seems like the good ones always get fed up and find an employer who actually cares

Not a good place to work, it was terrible. The people were very unfair and judgmental. 1/10 would not recommend. Management was subject to bias and clique behavior. They refer to their seasonal employees as cheap labour and off very little advancement for ambition, only advancement for friends of the boss.....

Was very disappointed in how management handled the downsizing of their work force.  Left everyone feeling very insecure.  Those still working there after I was let go were leaving on their own accord because of this.

I loved working here there was a lot to learn while still taking care of my daily duties required by Thompsons. Very energetic outgoing, friendly environment with always something to preform.

Maintain client contracts and relationships

I was always treated well and job is secure, but very dirty and dusty work environment. It is a pleasure to work with the farm community. I enjoyed getting out in planting seasons to deliver chemicals and seeds for planting

everyone seems to get along well and work with each other.
we get the work done but also relate to each other on a personal level as well. great benefits.
