For someone just starting their career or looking for temporary work, this company can be an acceptable option. However, it may not be ideal for those seeking long-term growth. In my experience, upper management didn't seem to be fully qualified for their roles, which affected the overall work environment. I believe the company could offer more stability if there were greater respect and recognition for employees' contributions. Raises and advancement opportunities were extremely rare in my time there, and it often seemed that replacing employees was prioritized over retention or internal promotion.

Fairly standard print company environment. Many extremely knowledgable people here and your experience will definitely be different based on which department you work with most. Salary is not the most competitive and reviews are not standard. During the pandemic they embraced hybrid work environments and there was a change in management which looks promising.

What is the best part of working at the company?
You don't have to know anything, just show up and you will be paid, managers don't care,  you will work hard and never get a raise.  

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
To many to list, look elsewhere,  don't waste your time. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Stressful, always pushing you for more, no rewards. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Fixing other people's mistakes,  rushed, overwhelmed, overworked.

Day to day responsibilities include request for quotes, follow up on existing orders, and quality control through the production departments. I've learned how to manage a team, and keep organized of multiple orders at the same time. The management team with who I worked directly were direct and helped me grow. The workplace culture overall was friendly and network worthy. This made the job enjoyable and I met a lot of friends along the way.

Loyal Employees, one of the 3 owners is great and treats employees with respect.     Very unqualified President.  Jealous type of other qualified executives and managers. Tells the ownership what they want to hear and always complain.  Never support employees or other managements that doesn’t support his lies.

Awful company to work for bad management and very discriminatory poor wages horrible HR Dept.Expected to give a lot to receive little.Made to feel you're lucky just to have a job absolutely no appreciation and respect from management.
Avoid this company at all cost.

There is truly nothing that stands out about this workplace, employees lack happiness and there is very little done by management to keep workers engaged. Office staff are friendly, but it is a very dull workplace.

My experience @ TI was not favorable , i prefer not discuss the environment associated with this company. I did not feel I was treated fairly and was very overworked.

Really nice place to work. Management is very caring and people that work with you are very friendly. Very close to public transit and lot of parking if you have your own car.
