Management and work culture is outstanding. As in many sales positions, you expect to produce. However, work and life balance is unique in a good way. 

Upon arrival, my first few weeks were presented with training and learning the product. Management is very supportive and understanding and allows for an early vacation despite being new to the floor. I was skeptical about asking for time off for my friend's wedding as I had just started. But quickly learned managers supported their staff and had no issue with such demand. 

Company benefits, pay structure and vehicle allowance are very competitive, and I look forward to further developing my career with this company. 

Their turnover seems a little high for whatever reason.I worked there for 4.5 years and only left because there seemed to be no more room for advancement. I made a decent wage while I was there for my job title and the benefits were the best I've had at any job (though they take some time to fully kick in). My job had bonuses which also made a good difference in my pay. Most of the people there are nice and helpful but as with any big company it can be gossipy and people like to know your business. There's definitely a "good side" to get in on and if you do then there usually a lot of room for advancement and if not you just kind of float on by. Not a bad place overall.

A typical day at work consists of getting to work early so that you can be first on the list (as they have a rotational schedule to see new customers walking through the door).  I typically open up my CRM software and hit the phones and emails to follow up with any potential customers that are in the funnel and that I have a chance to close or are still in touch with.  If it's slow, I'll ask management for a list of orphan customers so I can call and try to establish myself as a point of contact and generate a potential sale.  

In an always challenging and changing industry, this industry can be extremely lucrative during peak seasons and quite fun.

Very friendly staff and the work environment is diverse.  The company promotes a great work-life balance and is very family oriented. 

There are always great opportunities to learn and management is always willing to help you along the way, however, since it is a smaller company there is not much room to advance within your career in some of the departments.

Overall I would recommend it! 

Supervisor only cared about the people who did favours for her like dropping her home bringing her food etc. If you don’t, you weren’t on her good list 
No bonuses no raises does not matter how hard you work 
only people who brag about every part of their ( picking up a pen) job are appreciated if you do your job and don’t talk about it constantly you are not heard or seen but if you do something wrong doesn’t matter how small you will be in trouble if you want a serious career get a job somewhere else dont waste your time here 

The work environment is fair and not very stressful, with friendly people, lots of respect and accommodating your needs.
Training is provided at the beginning of your role, and continues support for management and colleagues. 
There is a tight room for growth and might take many years to develop. Salaries are fair compared to the market, however, might not be enough to accommodate the increasing cost of living.


A typical day at work is pleasant I must say. Fast-Paced environment, workload is manageable.  When deadlines are tight, there is always great team work. Advancement is possible when you have a great Work Ethic, I witness a lot of new opportunities and promotions - including myself. Management appreciate and recognize the hard work, but also respect & encourage you. 

Tony graham group is an outstanding group to work for on all levels. They have helped my grow in terms of selling styles from cash, lease, and finance. I Have further advanced my knowledge in the automotive business just by being managed form select managers here, and would recommed anyone who is trying to become a high classes sales rep or management to start here and learn.

An amazing company to work for. A great way to start your career. Management is very supportive and always willing to assist with career growth. Workplace culture is overall great. 


The company has a lot of great people.  It's the management that is the root of their problems.  Good place to get your foot in the door, but not a career.
