I have extremely fond memories of this company and have a special place in my heart for the owner/ all of the workers I encountered here! He gave me a shot at construction which I was extremely green in and I felt highly respected as a worker. Perhaps my salary rating is more of a reflection of my poor negotiation skills/self-worth at the time but the people were amazing and I’ll never forget that. 

Workers that came in with good experience seemed to be paid fairly but if you’re green don’t be shy to ask for more once you start learning the ropes! All the best to this company. I will always be rooting for them.

Great place to work with incentives.  My boss is supportive and great team player.
