TPI is a great place to work!  The office is bright, clean and modern, and there is music playing all day - but the people and culture are what make it such a great place to work.

TPI just moved to a hybrid model, allowing staff to work from home 3 days a week if they choose.  The 2 days - when the staff is in the office, there is an incredible energy, team lunches, music playing, a buzz of people working, laughing and enjoying what they do.  Management is involved, present and approachable.

Staff are compensated well, with a competitive base salary and fantastic commission structure.  This technology based company allows recruiters support and resources to be successful in their jobs.


The work place and team at TPI is unmatched! They offer a hybrid working structure that allows for staff to work partly at the office and at home. This set-up makes for a great work life balance! They days we are in the office, it is great to catch up and have face to face meetings and even the odd Potluck lunch. Everyone is always available for questions and it really feels like you are part of a real team and there is zero competition amongst staff. The management is very approachable and are always ready to help out. The training we receive upon starting really helps set you up for success. I highly recommend coming to work at TPI!

This company has no training program. From day 1 you are shown your work station and told to poke around and figure out how things are done. If you are luck you will get 90 minutes of training on your first day and then you are on your own. The expect you to work after business hours and during the weekend. You are talked down too by certain members of the upper management staff. Doesn't matter how hard you try, it seems that your best is never good enough. You get ZERO credit for what you do.

Management spent more time complaining rather than solving the problem. Micromanagers with an extremely high turnover rate not cause they quit cause they fire everyone
