I enjoy going to work everyday, am currently on the 130-10pm evening shift and enjoy management and my co workers on that shift a great deal. When I arrive at work I am stationed in the yard, I pick the parts as needed, package/band parts together, print off labels for the parts and we ship them out. I also load side curtain and regular trailers with the forklifts daily, as well as hot shots. I have a few friends in the warehouse and that makes my job a whole lot better. Overall, great company to work for they have treated me well and I am very appreciative for that.

What is the best part of working at the company?
It was good. I drive the forklift to pick orders.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Have to go outside in the winter.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
They will work you until it's time for your probation. They will let you go.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It was very stressful working there.

Management have their own circle of friends if your not part of it too bad, your Out. They don't Care, if they don't want you they'll find away to fire or terminate your job regardless of how long you've work there. They maneuver policies and get you into doing what they want. I love the job but not the people who managed this warehouse. Beware of these ones.

Everyone is friendly. Lots of training takes place. Orientation was long but good. They do a lot for helping communities. Everyone is there if you need to talk to someone. Issues are handled pretty quick once management is told about it. Very good focus on safety . 

management doesn't care about employees. fire people if they have been hurt on the job(find any excuse to fire them so that it doesn't look like they were fired cause they got hurt) or harass them until they quit. the moral is very low and the favoritism is unbelievable.

One of the worst places to work at. Management bullies employees. Do not care for employees. No professionalism. Lots of favoritism. Policies are used to target employees. Management bullies the employees. . Do NOT expect fair treatment

i worked here for a year and i really enjoyed it.i just got laid off because of the pandemic.but this place is really fun place to work and all supervisors and worker here are really fun to work with,if im gonna get a chance to come back i will come back there 100 percent

Was a cool place to work at. Very relaxed warehouse environment. Loved the people. Loved majority of management. Indeed would like me to type more words than what I have written so I’m going to continue to write more stuff but basically this company is pretty good 

The work is easy but it is really toxic. Management has their favorites and if you aren't one they will single you out. 

I really did enjoy working here but it was too stressful and there was so much drama.

Winter quater is one of the bussiest season at Trackers.
