It may vary from one person to the next , some employers have large expectations of what you may be doing for them . As this is an agency for temporary workers , my experience has been to go with an open mind for each day and perform to the best of my ability. Overall I've had very positive responses towards frontline staff as well management . I've as well taken the option of working through UTL their division for trades persons and made a very progressive longer term employability as a result.

i would recommend TLC to anyone who is looking for a job while they are looking for a full time job .i have used the tlc work system many times until i got back to full time employment ,an d have used them as a credible reffrence in the past for back ground checks and for heads up for new employment stradagies

I find the office staff great to work with and they always offer me the best positions and I'm usually the first on their list to get called in. Their wages are great compared with other agencies and their popularity amongst construction companies means there's always work available.

If you are looking to get involved in the trades, I recommend starting here. They send you out on various jobs, paid daily, yet you explore different fields and vocations, and companies. Which I found useful in discovering areas I was passionate about. Ones that I had not considered. Very cool. 

you would go to various job sites and perform job clean site clean up or move building materials around site for tradesmen.the ever changing locations led to meeting new people and learning new things

Too tired to write this. Work hard, minimum wage, lots of travel to job sites, get to the office at 5am wait tell 7am or later to get work (if at all some days), good for temp work and moving items from A - B all day

only if your desperate,hard work but if you go there your almost guaranteed work  everyday.Sketchy atmosphere as this type of work is usually taking on by people who need money and cant find a job

TLC is a good place to go if you need a days work and quick cheques. Not the greatest as it is hard to find jobs in your field and most work is general labor, and most companies only need labor.

Always greeted by the staff every morning. Consistently sent out to jobs, just not being paid what I feel I'm worth for the work I'm doing.

It was a fun place to work where I got to work on various different job sites and learned a good deal of skills to take forward into other jobs. Would highly recommend.
