The owners are fully aware of how disorganized their organization is. The VP/Senior Management team is completely ignorant. They do not practice what they teach.  There is absolutely no culture here; instead, people like to create an imaginary world. Since there is no room for anything, there is no growth in this area. There isn't any room for anything at this organization, so you'd be lucky to get your own workstation.

The lack of space at work makes the workplace unsafe, and this issue will never go away since the vice president is unwilling to put solutions into place in order to collect an his bonus at the end of the year. There is no real procedure for anything in a company with this many employees, and those employed are expected to fit in with their working style without any formal training or procedures in place.



Working as a machine operator at Tradition was a terrible experience due to poor management, unsafe conditions, and exploitative practices. The supervisors were disorganized, dismissive of employee concerns, and more focused on assigning blame than addressing issues. The machinery was outdated and poorly maintained, creating constant hazards, while safety protocols were routinely ignored. Workers were overburdened with unreasonable workloads, forced overtime, and minimal training, with no opportunities for growth or advancement. Overall, the company treated employees as expendable, making it an extremely frustrating and demoralizing place to work.

You feel like you are working a part-time job rather than a full-time. Management keeps canceling employees' shifts without giving any alternative. Management is incompetent as they don't even try to solve apparent issues and just let employees handle the issues. There is no room to grow because the higher-ups can be quite biased towards people come from the same country as they are from. If you aren't from their place, good luck with that. Also, you can get your clothes stolen here quite often too. My friend and I both lost our clothes because of that.

The company itself is okay at its best, the problem is the people who are running the show. It is best that you keep your heads down and stop asking question or complaining or you will see yourself being walked out of the building. There was this one time the HR did a closed door meeting with employees asking what their complains and what needs to be improved. Things you will say supposed to be private, but that is not case, IT'S A TRAP! They used those things we said against us and cost some people to lose their job. Total  joke. Save yourself some trouble and go somewhere else.

This is a good company to work and learn from. It is a fun environment: there is always something happening there and the products they make are great. There are a few great managers that will invest their time to help you succeed. However, as with every other company out there, it is not perfect. I found work volatility to be very high, which could be stressful sometimes. Also, if you're looking for fast career progression, this is not a great place to find it. Although management has plans to grow, this is still a small business with a somewhat flat org chart so there are not a lot of vertical or lateral movement opportunities.

Unfortunately, the workplace culture
 favoritism is number one at this company, if they like you!! even if you don't do any hard work, your number 1 and if they don't like you!! even if you do your best at work your no one and at the bottom of the list. 
even the payment is not as per qualification or the job type/position its about how much the owners like you OR not. and what other people Tell them as per their opinion not as per your performance,  (NOT FAIR AT ALL)  by the end they Kik you out without any penny even if you worked for many years +12 years

It’s not good the manager s and human resource people are bullies especially HR

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Lots of stress there’s always so much work to do and not a nuff people

Very fast paced and stressful. All the Lead hands and management care about are the numbers. 
No formal training, I was just put on the line. The majority of my coworkers were from Bangladesh and spoke in their own language all through the shift. Constant yelling by the lead hands and no support.




If you want more production and want more money for your business please remove one elephant manager and also 2 baby elephants,the workplace has good potential, but favoritism and inconsistent management negatively affect morale. Employees are not always treated equally, and concerns are often left unresolved. Fair and transparent leadership would make this a much better place to work."



I work at TFF since 2022. It’s a growing company with many opportunities to improve and expand. People are great, the lack of processes are opportunity to create them. It feels like a family where everyone has the same objective: succeed! They are trying their best, and it has come a long way! I enjoy working here, but depending on the position, it can be hard.
