Always busy and breaking production records. Unlimited overtime up to 60 per week with 2X$ shifts. With a company sponsored Fridge ticket  guys are hitting 150, average starting 120 to 130. Great group of guys to show you around. All levels of bosses are good. Zero turn around, all lifers and many are retiring soon. Corporate is all about continuous improvement. Lots of new installations and retrofits. Well maintained machinery. Strong PM program equals lots of easy relaxing shifts. As someone who enjoys fabricating I appreciate the design freedom, fully loaded steel rack, excellent assortment of heavy machinist toys and all the shelves filled with mechanical treasures to work from.  

None of the jobs are terribly difficult and there's always someone willing to help if you need it. Supervisors are pretty easy to work with and are approachable.  That being said, the company doesn't consider you a person at all. Zero work/ life balance. Mandatory overtime every week, you must work an extra 4 hours before or after your regular shift or you'll be mandated every Saturday. MANY repetitive strain injuries which you're expected to just work through and not complain about. Workers are unionized but have trouble representation so be prepared to stand up for yourself when the company tries to screw you over (because they will!)

Good place to work, Competitive pay (best pay within the region), Always innovating and excellent safety guideline’s, Leadership is lacking in a few areas but the job gets done regardless, Productivity is a #1 priority very little downtime unless necessary. Excellent training programs in place all in all good place to work if you have thick skin and can deal with a fast paced environment however there is a zero tolerance for any safety violations. 

I would say that the people there are extremely aggressive and rude and such bullies. I would never worked there ever again. I don’t think I would recommend anyone to work there because you have to be fast paced and they do not like it when you work slow at your own pace. One thing I would say is don’t work slow and you must be fast pace at all times. Plus they don’t treat you fairly because they would raise they voice at you and even if you asked the management a question or any mistake that you made while you are there. The manager or supervisor don’t point out direction where your work station is. 

i could not speak anything bad, since i was new there, but the seniority staff seems to enjoy their stable long term career at this plant and they seem to be happy with their salary, so i have no qualms , managers are respectiveful with their teams, and there lunch lounge is well equipped and is huge. there are also flexible break schedules you can adjust based on your own scheduled work times

It pays really well- above average for Machine Operator however your like cattle they will keep you if they need you they will get rid of you if they do not. When I started it was a hiring spree an 3 weeks in all the temp "blue hair nets" started dissapearing. I started looking for a new job a week later but boom got the call I am laid off. Management is use to getting rid of people (even the full timers over 10 years there get laid off 5 months of the year during slow season) so they see you more as a tool to use and dispose when not needed.

Tree house is one of the worst place to work in my career. Their management is sucks. Their supervisors are been so rude. Their HR department are not bad they treat you as respectfully but once you get hired and start working there then you will know how cheap they are, they treat their employees like a slave and there supervisors shouting on employees all the time even if you didn't do anything. I have so much more to say in review but that's all for know.

Really fast paced environment. worked as a mixer.
lifting bags around 250KG (552lb) in each 30 minutes, They think employees are superman to lift that weight.

Don't expect a high level of training, you basically learn as you go. Longtime staff are nasty to new hires and can be bullies. Supervisors are approachable and easy to talkbto but issues are not dealt with. Pay is not up to pare with other companies, should be about $3 an hour more



I don't recommend working on this company for any one 
You can work anywhere else and make the same money with more respect and by the end of day you don't have energy to work for the next day because they treat you like machine and you are only a number any time they can kick you out because half of the year they are slow down
