ACM Management is a good place to work to further your learning of listing and reporting requirements for junior public companies and companies looking to go public. Lots of chances to learn how to draft FS and MDAs and potential to be involved in prospectuses. Very collaborative work environment where everyone helps each other learn and solve issues. I have not experienced any judgement if I haven't seen something before,  people are willing to work with you and teach you.

Upper management consists of some of the kindest, most talented, and intelligent individuals I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Everyone at ACM is friendly, inclusive, and always willing to help their team members.  The administrative team/corporate services team is extremely helpful, competent, and talented – a dream to work with.  At ACM you’ll feel supported by your peers and management, while gaining real life controller/CFO level work experience.

I agree wholeheartedly that the team and management here is great. 

I want to share that the cloud-based systems and paperless office provides excellent flexibility with my work schedule. Having two very young children, it's great that I don't have to miss most of their school events or miss work every time one of them is sick. I am no longer nailed to a desk in downtown, and it feels really good.

I am enjoying the work-life balance very much.

ACM has a great work culture. Everyone is very supportive and there is definitely an emphasis on making sure staff are recognized for their contributions which can sometimes make all the difference...It is not a culture of micromanagement. Staff are trusted to do their work and flexibility around scheduling is generally offered. There are always challenges when a company is growing fast but it also makes for some exciting times to join the team. 

ACM is a great place to work with team members collaborate, communicate and most importantly support one another. I have received with good amount of support from colleagues and management, who are all very kind, patient and talented. There are lots of opportunities for growth and great exposure to junior public clients in a wide range of industries.

The whole team is so friendly and supportive. Your hard work will be always acknowledged by the manager and appreciated. As long as you are organized and work hard, you will not have issue with anything and you will grow. You will miss your workplace at weekend :)

The people I met at ACM were all very kind and supportive. If you have any questions, everyone will do their best to answer you. Learning never stops here, ACM has a lot of public clients and private clients wanting to go public. I feel like I have learned and grown a lot.
