A typical day at work I will start by looking at the works needs to be done. I will take a while to plan for the day. Then will start my work and communicate with my co-worker when needed. I also maintain in regular touch with the lead engineer.
 

At my current job I learned how to manage projects.

•Supported software testing and validation on Ford vehicle.
•Re-flashed/Re- programmed the interior control units.
•Troubleshooting of configuration software.
•Coordinate and performed Quality Assurance test on the vehicles.
•Became familiar with k2l viewer and puma tool.
•Prepared and submitted a final report based on daily test results.
•Assist project Engineer with preparation and execution of the project plan.


The hardest part of the job is to make sure all the works are done on time.

I enjoy working with my friendly co-worker and also enjoy to learn new things.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The Team atmosphere and flexibility are the key best attributes.  

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Didn't find it stressing. All manufacturing and automotive jobs where there's an assembly line that can be tedious and it, can require that you work at a fast pace sometimes?

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment's based on teams and a close-knit cellular group of people working in one area so the culture represents that kind of team atmosphere.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Working closely with operational quality leads to assess what quality issues might needed to be worked on and creating a team of people to do that.

Management is great but way too many politics inside. People who work hard and gaining them profit might not get recognized but people who actually cost them money gets promotion as they are suck up to the management. But nice and friendly environment to work.

you have to bring everything to the table and seems like you're stuck as there's no growth, everyone does everything and it gets quite confusing of ones job. A very good foundation for ones career for sure.

6 am start on the line, although very early in the morning, everyone is friendly and welcoming. long days, sometime 10 hour shifts. I've learned to pay attention to detail and I've developed a better work ethic. The hardest part of this job is the repetitive work, the most enjoyable part of this job is the opportunity to work with vehicles

I spent the first 2.5 years of professional work-life at Trinity Tech Inc. and it was a really great experience. They helped me create a strong foundation for my career and still continue to provide this opportunity and this stage to freshly graduated Engineers, helping them do the same. Thanks are and will always be in order.

It was overall a good experience working in Trinity Tech.Inc. The best part I liked that company is the work environment. It was very motivative and co-operative. We were like a family. I have developed few qualities such as multi-tasking, team spirit, time management, etc.

In a fast pace production industry, we have to follow two main features in order to cope up with management,
            1)  Bridge clear communication in each hierarchy 
            2)  Stick to the instruction.
Which I have learned from this company.
