What is the best part of working at the company?
The fellow employees are great, we are given lots on the job support 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Right now just a lot of big changes on how things are moving forward, but all changes are usually a little stressful 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very much friendly and team work 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Production , building and making sure on time

Start at 7am,  check when line is moving, start to prep floor for RV.
You don't really see management unless there is a major problem.
Co-workers are all young, hardest part of job is fixing mistakes as access is restricted.
Most enjoyable part of job is bonus at Christmas and fair ground rides for workers family in summer

It’s a good company to work at if you like the same routine, for me it felt like prison and I don’t like to feel like I’m in prison or school, but yeah I’d say it’s good for certain people who like routine and like a comfortable place to work at, all tho management is very poor in some departments

Living from company, all good

Friendly,  fair,  trustworthy

Outstanding Company Culture with great opportunity to advance. Excellent CI and Innovation System with participation of multiple layers of the Company.

This company Is nice to work for.for the most part no issues.they value your opinion on production matters and take that into accountthey have a strong commitment to quality.

At Triple e everyone's opinion is very important for workers safety and daily improvements.

Very friendly and peaceful  environment. Annual bonuses and great benefits. Continuous improvements and optional educational courses, but only internally.
