The staffs, was very friendly 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The traffic in the peak of the day 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Japanese standards, very educates people 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
They arrived around 9am to load the truck, most of the time the forklifts were already ready, check the load against the manifests, around 11am they left to make deliveries to the restaurants.

The work environment presents significant challenges due to a management team that exhibits self-centered and unprofessional behavior. The pervasive atmosphere of indirect bullying contributes to a daily experience that can be characterized as distressing. Moreover, the compensation provided is minimal, which exacerbates the difficulty of commuting to the workplace. I would not recommend this organization to prospective employees.

Unethical behaviours are pervasive, and management still thinks they are doing right things. Their operation style is quite old-fashioned, and management thinks it's their culture. People are treated unfairly and unequally and management thinks otherwise. Many employees have been working only for this employee in their life and almost never worked somewhere else. So many of them thinks their operation style and culture there are normal, which in reality are not. 

Obviously I don't recommend this company

There is good fish from Japan I  can eat and buy

Push sales results as sales person and collection

Asian , mostly Japanese good manners 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy but break self control. 
Early morning rush

Easy place to work. Few instructions to follow. It's the place to be for a person who doesn't want to use his mind a lot. I was not feeling inside because it's always the same routine.

The working environment is just like  family.you just have to learn by your own and be responsible.i work mostly with japanese people who are very much concentrated  in their work
