I was part of an acquisition to Kofax. My overall opinion of it is that it is very set in its ways. It also makes no bones about having to play to an investment company owner's bottom line. While this had a hard effect on some of the day to day operations, it took nothing away from the people that work there. Bar none, the ones I worked with were the biggest factor affecting me wanting to be there. 

Overall the company was fair, offered a competitive compensation and operated in a comfortable environment. I will miss being there.

The people at Kofax are definitely the key as to what makes working for this company so great! No matter what, everyone is ready and willing to lend a hand and help out. Management is incredibly friendly and approachable. The enthusiastic office culture and environment makes Kofax so much more than just a place to work!

I've been working at Kofax less than a year and it is a very fun and interactive workplace. 

Great work life balance, great salaries and a very good pension plan (best I've ever seen).

Over the recent years, Kofax made several strategic acquisitions to enhance their presence and leadership in the marketplace. They invested in the staff to make sure everyone was properly enabled with the necessary tools and resources to be successful

Management is great! Non-toxic work environment. Not a lot of room for growth but everyone will help you to succeed in your role. Lots of tools and resources. Work-Life balance is good.

The best part about working at Kofax is that it has super-friendly management and senior developers to guide you in every step of your way. The company offers a great work-life balance, an opportunity to grow and stunning health benefits.

Very focused on minimizing expenses but very top down driven. Difficult for low tier employees to make any constructive changes as they must go through a very high chain of authority before any sort of acceptance or approval is achieved.

You will feel like home. The amount of support and appreciation that you will get is extremely overwhelming. It is like family. You will learn a lot and you will be able to advance your career.

Nice working environment and good people. Training programs can be improved. They've undergone a lot of transitions and restructuring... a lay-off can happen at any point. Pay can be better as well.

One thing for sure is that there are a lot of great people working in the Waterloo office. They are very helpful and are always ready to help you out. They offer a great work environment.
