Working at U Technology Corp was a great experience overall. A typical day involved learning new skills, collaborating with team members, and handling tasks in a well-organized environment. I learned a lot about professional communication, time management, and real-world technical processes. Management was supportive, approachable, and always willing to help or guide when needed. The workplace culture was friendly, respectful, and encouraged teamwork. The hardest part of the job was adapting to new tasks quickly, but it was also a valuable learning experience. The most enjoyable part was gaining hands-on experience and working with a helpful and knowledgeable team.

Working with the team at UTech has been a blast. There is a camaraderie between employees that is hard to find elsewhere. The work is challenging with a steep learning curve, but with the support and care of the team, you will learn fast. 

The job offers multiple facets of sales and engineering. Learning to quote and speak in sales is a huge part. Designing to client spec is also a large component.

UTech is always striving to improve and there is clear and visible growth in the company that is rare in Calgary startups in the current market. Excited to see where the company goes!

This company is very supportive of their employees; once you are part of the team you are treated like one. They respect the people they work with both internally and externally, and understand that work is not the sole purpose of life. They foster an engaging space and encourage everyone to be interested in the improvements and innovations that are constantly being created. A small team that accomplishes a lot and maintains a good attitude throughout.

I have been working most of my adult life in trades and niche industries, by far this is the most professional workplace I have been employed in. 

Staff is passionate,  friendly, professional and highly motivated to engeneer the best products possible and it shows.

The work life balance is like nothing I have experienced. I have lots of time for my family and you are not overworked or expected to sacrifice weekends or holidays. 

This is a small company that is growing so there seems to be lots of room for advancement. 

I would never suggest that anyone join this company, the atmosphere from the Boss/CEO is the worst experience I have had. 
The first month was tolerable, after that he shows who he really is and becomes demoralizing and verbally abusive.

The rest of the staff was great and they know how to pick great people but management needs to step back and be less involved in day to day work.

The day to day work was not difficult but the methods dictated for how you go about the work change daily.

An exceptional workplace offering engaging tasks and challenges that contribute to continuous career growth. Supported by a fantastic team, enjoyable snacks, and a vibrant company culture, I highly recommend this place for both work satisfaction and career advancement.

I've been thoroughly enjoying my time working here! The positive and supportive work environment makes every day rewarding, and I appreciate the variety in my role. From handling job quotes to conducting product reviews and taking on special projects, there’s always an opportunity to learn and grow.

The workplace is very collaborative and initiative is celebrated. Individuals will succeed if they take ownership of their responsibilities and seek to gradually improve them. Everyone is respected and treated well no matter their position.
