I love being at work specially working as ateam is great, fun. I do learen somethings new. I always making sure that I do manage my time, and the work is done with in the time given. I do love working with others cooperately, respecting other's efforts that they are doing. The hardest part of the job is when working on some parts, and other thing comes up. that might take some more time which may make it harder. The most enjoyable is when things goes perfect while assembling or disassembling.

Horrible management in the company.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very stressful and disrespectful.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
12 hour shift everyday in the company.

If you work as a supervisor it's not that great, the only good things are the pay and the benefits. The union is next to toothless, but they do make sure you get what you should be paid.

Being a call taker is a lot easier, except when you work with someone who doesn't like you. Then they work to make your life a living heck.

Toxic environment for supervisors call taking is not that difficult.

Working with unicity was very productive for me. I learned a lot about the city of Winnipeg. My shift was from 5pm to 5am. I could end or start anytime between these 12 hours. 
Sometime i needed time to study, I would go to the library during my shift and study there for a while then back to work.

Company has no reputation among its employees, contractors, as well as its customers. No safety for drivers at work. You can literally be killed by a drug addict in the middle of the night. It has happened in the past.

Nothing but politics. Company is ran by a board of directors who are actually cab drivers voted into power.  They have no idea on the basics of running a company.  For them, it is not what is best for the company, but what is best for their personal pockets, and their friends pockets.

good company to work. A typical day is driving and picking up passengers and driving to various locations. City knowledge is an asset. Most shifts are 12 hours, but you have the flexibility to decide your work time within the 12 hour shift. Class 4 licence is required.

Dressing clean and nit,, make peaple happy,  talented ,  honest  , meeting friends ,  sharing , your  happienes with others , ballanced your  work days  , food changes , taking  a taxi  is advisable from taking  riskies  , etc.

waiting in the cab for customer and I learned how to be patient and you are your own manager.the hardest part of the job is when you waited for long and did not make enough and you have to pay cab owner anyways.
