The interview was simple, they talked to me for about 15 minute and then offered me the job. They have a very diversified group of workers with varying work experience. They didn’t pay any overtime, I had to fight with them over this. On many pay cheque’s , no direct deposit, I had to prove I worked on the days they forgot to pay me for.the management and supervisors are reactionary and are hard to get any form of communication with.  The pay rate in sub industry standard.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Working more than 12 hours a day and then not getting overtime pay.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Normal, normal company, ordinary job

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Arrive at the company at 7:40, Pre-trip inspection., start the journey at 8:00, and drive the bus until after 8pm before returning to the company.

They hired me on the spot.
Plenty of red flags immediately:
They kept vague about their wage offer as it seemed acceptable, short of paying over-time, unforseen required work-time, or any accurate pay statement.
Their management live on site; on the property, sharing the front door of their house with the entrance to the business.
They think little of their negative toxic work environment; considering it just 'guy talk'. 

Management cares only about their bottom line.  Work, Life Balance does not exist at Universal Coach Lines.
Poorly maintained coaches.  Poor communication skills unless you are from their cultural group.
Favouritism exists heavily at Universal Coach Lines.
I do not recommend working there.

the mmanagement is very good, you get an assigned unit which makes things easier so you can leave all your cleaning supplies in there. dispatching is good and if you need a relief driver they make sure you get one.ost enjoyable part of the job

during the summer tour season this company goes all out.. the tours are all Asian but, back to back tours with minimal time to keep your hours straight and maintenance.
 management treats the drivers as total independent persons  which gives the driver more control over his hours and tours
 a good driver can make major money here

Relaxed,fun workplace ,accommodating staff,friendly co drivers,fleet is well maintained and safety is the main concern,customers are the priority as with the employees too

No overtime pay. Thats simple. You work more than 80hrs and you get paid straight time . 

Pay period is on 15th and 30th. All the time some hts will be missing. Management un organised and most of the time they will test your math by short some hours on your pay cheques. 

I enjoy working there it is a constantly changing atmosphere so the job is always keeping you on your toes as well as your mind is being stimulated very easy to work with the staff here as well 

If you waste your time, go and try to work this company. 
Management was bad and they didnt know which buses were available. It was like asian working style like they dont care whats going on for drivers.
