Having a bit of a flexible schedule 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Terrible unorganized management, who are beyond lazy and push their own work into techs

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
A few nice people but most people don't have time to even say hello or chat with one another. Some people are very cold and not very personable especially in management 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Finding out where your going to work, if nothing's on your board you have to have harass or your manager or dispatch to actually provide you with work... That is if your not getting texts from your manager at 10 or 11 at night

- hardest part of the whole job is learning troubleshooting new machines you have never worked on. That’s where all the employees of uptime come into play. With multiple group chats through the company it helps when needing an answer to something. Even management is involved with help resolve troubleshooting issues 

There is a lack of work all the way around currently from our projects team to even the service electricians .  Low hours and people sitting at home waiting to get some work . Have zero clue why we would bring more people to the company so there is even less work for those currently here.  

-I haven’t been on a company that I feel at home and supported all the time. We enjoy working as a team and that seems to relieve a lot of work stress. Management brings out the best in you and rewards your accomplishments. Your colleagues are always there to help out on deep situations. All in all, the culture we have in this company is the best.

This is one of the better companies I have worked for. They honestly care about their employees and provide lots of training and support. 

The benefits I have here are definitely way above the industry standard
