Overall, my experience was okay (3~4 stars) but I wouldn’t really see it as a long-term place to work unless you fit in well with the culture or enjoy the after-work social activities.

Conceptualized wireframes, storyboards, site maps, and user and 
process flows allowing for improved communication regarding 
interaction and design ideas.  

Collaborated with management aligning technical requirements 
with business strategies then assessing and resolving intricate 
code problems to update websites and backup files.

Typical day would start around 10am due to commute via car or TTC in last 2 months.

I learned many things about data centres.

Management has deteriorated since original owner departed.

My department coworkers were fine. 

The commute and lack of knowledge of remaining staff was the hardest part.

Most enjoyable part was summer bbq events.

Nothing anymore they head guy is running it into the ground no work for anyone 


What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
If your gonna have work tomr!!

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Pumping water an sweeping long days

In my experience, the work environment had an apparent inconsistency in the application of rules and laws to some employees versus others. Additionally, there seemed to be a notable presence of executives, including President Raf, who conveyed a demeanor that some might perceive as aloof or unwelcoming.

mostly nice people, some long term people not welcoming at first.  very young group good for growth and starting career. some pm's great to work with, some not as great. long timers get more perks. company improved as changes made. great if location for torontonians

No opportunity for advancement.

Constantly being watched 
Supers don't communicate but sabotage each other

I was very happy working there my co-workers were a lot of fun and helpful  but just wanted to try something different or some other job

If you don’t get an ‘in’ with the bosses be prepared to feel like just a number. Horrible hours people act nice but all fake long hours and terrible pay
