The Dispatch team is totally incompetent. Daily complaining about Quebec and how everything is because they do not know what they are doing there. 

Simple tasks to be completed are never followed up on. Drivers are waiting for instruction and dispatch does not follow up. 

Morning dispatcher is the worst and is negative and does not take any accountability but instead blames others. The equipment is falling apart and is not safe to drive, 

The pay is lower than average and the work is delivering heavy Appliances and furniture hand bomb

Afternoon dispatcher is about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. Complete waste of oxygen

Load and unload furniture and appliances.  Complete paperwork for incoming and out going freight. I have learnt their computer system and I have learnt easier ways to move freight.  I was to be lead hand and I was off work for 2 weeks and when I came back, they hired someone else for the position leaving me in a low-paying labour position.  My co-workers are very nice and have helped me a lot.  The hardest part of my job is the extremely heavy lifting.  The most enjoyable part is doing up the paper work.

Prescott VA had no washroom. After probation period they wouldn’t give me my benefits card. Problems getting equipment serviced. Problems with me being unwilling to break hours of service laws. Drug culture problems. Problems getting separation papers,, problems getting T4. 
Seemed that everything they need to be doing for the employees is very non priority,,,,, but expect the employees to move heaven and earth for them at the snap of a finger. 

very productive and fun place to work, everyday was a different challenge and to get over hurdles which brings a different spin to the job.
along with great workers who are hard working.sometime there was lack of equipment to get the job done and this is where the challenge come in play causing me to think outside the box and to see the bigger picture.

Boring work and it isn’t something that you would love to do to work on. When I worked there I was constantly stressing myself the work over there should’ve paid me way more then 15 an hour not even worth the pay at all. I make $19 plus over time now at a different spot with the same loads of work I used to do over at VA transport and its way better. I’m more fast and efficient at this spot then there.  

Owner Operators and drivers beware of this company. The Management lies and will not honour terms that are set out. 

The company itself is and has been in financial crisis for sometime. Their equipment and management is poor as is their treatment of staff. 

The engagement of the employees is zero as is the integrity of the company and management alike. 

Do not work here !

Right out of high school it was okay. You make no money. Office had air conditioning, but it was blowing the exhaust into the warehouse making it hotter for us. Terrible organization. Company didn’t care about employees. Manager was the only one who tried to show his appreciation. It was a 50/50 on if you’re getting paid or not. Substance and liq was the only way you could get through the day in that hole.

People are nice and the projects are good. A transportation company that promote doing their own software is rare but very fun to work with. They also try to upgrade their tools, which is  a plus. You have your own project, so you actually feel useful and in control.

Working with them was a good experience and i had learn how to manage things .Moreover,how to tackle things when there is emergency or need of more effort. The hardest part of the job was shortage of co workers and had too much work burden.

Super disorganized and felt that morality issues. made lies to clients/customers all the time for mess ups internally. Lies about driver quit, Truck broke down and technical problems all the time. Check the reviews on Yellowpages as well.
