Its a common warehouse and a good place to start if you are interested in working in this field and to gain warehouse experience. The supervisors put pressure on the workers everyday but as long as you keep up with their productivity expectation they might not bother you. The people are cool as long as they don't see you slack because productivity is based on team work. Probably the hardest part of the job is knowing that they will always ask for more production.

You will be over worked and under paid meanwhile expected to do the work of 2 - 3 people. Middle management is terrible and have no clue what they're doing. Training is next to nothing and even then it isn't done properly. Dont expect to make any long term goals in this company (VF Outdoor) because the moral and attitudes are terrible. From the office right into the warehouse there are serious problems. For the pay scale they're offering it isn't worth it.

I learned how to assist the directors, the office staff and sometimes even the warranty department.  The hardest part of the job was the down time (if ever there was absolutely nothing to do).  The most enjoyable was ordering food and preparing the conference room for meetings, doing inventory of the office supplies as well as general inventory like the bathroom supplies, the kitchen, overseeing that the cleaning was done, etc.

The environment of the workplace is not great. many people were not working to help one another and work as a team. Many boxes were excessively heavy and i am a person that can pick up heavy boxes or objects no problem but some were heavier than 50 pounds. the hardest part of the job was just doing heavy work in long hours.

I learned I have what it takes to manage a team and many different types of people. 

I started in 2018 and I am still employed at this Company. I believe the managemt team is great but I feel they may need to change some of their decisions they make due to people and business decisions. 

Throughout my experience in a fast-paced work environment, I encountered a blend of challenges and triumphs that shaped my professional growth. From collaborating with enthusiastic colleagues on innovative projects to tackling unexpected obstacles, every day offered a new lesson. 

I liked going back as a part timer. As working there is safe and everyone respects you. Its a great place to work. I would prefer people if they got chance to be an associate at vf do not leave that opportunity at all.

For the four months I worked there as a student, I ended up getting moved around several; times to different positions, as long as you can prove you're capable for over things, there is a very good chance of advancement.

The warehouse was covered with dust making allergies flare consistently. The job itself has little to no security due to the company using temp agencies, and the hours are very odd.

Mostly busy with paperworks and reviews for shipment from vendors
Making and updating  schedules as well as follow ups.
Tracking of shipments and calculating costs.
