A positive work environment with challenging engineering problems and an innovative team atmosphere. A lot of the work is open-ended and suits self-starters and driven individuals well. About 80% of the time is spent designing and 20% is prototyping and testing both in the field and in test setups. The location can be a challenge for those used to city life. The company is growing and changing rapidly which makes workflow change often but provides opportunities to influence changes.  

The company believes in promoting wellness, and in training their people. A family-friendly environment prevails, and the on-site cafeteria is exceptional - especially when considering the rural setting. The most enjoyable parts of the job include the day-to-day camaraderie among the staff, the Monday through Friday hours, and the unbeatable team spirit that exists only in the agricultural community.

It's hard to be promoted from within. I recommend to a person thinking about working in this small rural manufacturing setting that you have a plan for what you want to accomplish and an idea of how long you wish to be with the company.  

Was offered a job on the night shift and given the impression that they would match the wage of my previous job. When I got there the night shift was cancelled and I lost 2$ an hour, when I brought it up with management I was told that's business. Also no three month review. Large disconnect between office staff and floor works

No one took responsibility for their work
Supervisors incompetent with no life experience or brains.
Everyone elses job and workload pawned off onto me.


Gained valuable experience and enjoyable co-staff and management. I enjoyed the consistent hours and friendly staff. The location of the site was ideal as it was close to home. Would recommend.

Going into a big renovation since the company was bought by sweedish holding. flexible hours to work and can move easily from one building to another with the company truck.

The leaders at this company do not care about their employees, they take advantage of their workers every chance they get. They do not keep their word when they say they will

The management is easy to talk and the supervisor is funny and friendly not to much pressure in this company and all the welding stuff you nedd is free.
