Some of the people are very nice.

Company has poor leadership and lays off good employees after hurry them away from their previous positions in other companies with the promise of more pay. Be aware they are not a stable corporation. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic and they are only inclusive to the grandfather employees. It is not a place I would ever recommend to anyone. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Everyone is on their own and if you ask a question to someone in a different department they take a very long time to get back to you. Good luck.

This role provided me with a deep understanding of the recovery process in Canadian finance and honed my negotiation skills. The supportive team structure and clear performance metrics made a challenging job manageable.

There are busy days, but still manageable.

Excellent training, strong team support, clear path for advancement, competitive bonuses, central Toronto location

Seriously loved my time here; it was a great way to jump into the business finance scene in Montreal. The team was super collaborative, and I got some solid experience selling financial products to people.

None. I had to move otherwise I would still be employed there

A lot of the job is done talking to clients on the phone and the number of phone calls increases during busy season.

Great management, fun team, and a steady stream of customer calls in both English and French. The benefits package is comprehensive and I am paid fairly for my work.

You can make a lot of money as a Sales Manager at Vault in Ontario, depending on how much hard work and effort you're willing to put into it. I am very satisfied with the salary I receive for the work that I do.

As a Finance Manager at Vault Credit, I value the company's transparency, efficiency, and growth opportunities. Leadership provides clear direction and trusts me to manage projects. The finance team is collaborative, detail-focused, and results-driven. It's an excellent place for a long-term career.

  

A very difficult work environment to get work done in. Lots of small office gossip and drama and power hierarchies based off of who is sleeping with who. Commission structures change on the go to maximize profits for the company and good luck when you get frozen out from your accounts or your boss starts stealing your leads since he is an account executive as well! Lots of conflict of interest... STAY AWAY

Vault Credit has an amazing culture with supportive leadership & a diverse team. The bonuses are great, the vacation policy is generous, and there are plenty of opportunities to grow. The office is fun, with regular events, snacks + coffee, and a tea that truly enjoys working together.

Leadership was approachable and genuinely cared about employee development. There were plenty of chances for career advancement, good benefits, and a collaborative team environment. Work-life balance was excellent, and the office was fun and engaging.
