Owner has partners that think they can treat people however they feel like because of their position when this company is nothing.

You get compensated for your hard work, they have a base salary structure that allows you to get a raise every 4 months. Also a commission structure and there is chances to get referral money and company bonuses. They are very transparent with the structure, and the managers are always helping everyone. 

I worked with competent helpful people who made it easier to get the job done as a team.
