"Work can get stressful when there’s a lot to do, tight deadlines,. Sometimes long hours,  But staying organized, setting boundaries, and taking breaks can really help keep things balanced."

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
"The work environment depends on the company, but a good workplace feels positive, supportive, and collaborative. Clear communication, teamwork, and growth opportunities make a big difference. On the other hand, too much pressure, unclear expectations, or a stressful atmosphere can make things tough. It’s all about finding the right balance and feeling valued!"

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day at work is hands-on and fast-paced. I start by checking the (BOM) and making sure everything is Correct with  Eng. change . Throughout the day, I monitor production, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality control. It’s a mix of teamwork, focus, and problem-solving to keep things efficient. The job keeps me active, and there’s always something new to tackle!"

Very busy and stressful lately, lots of micro management and managerial politics. Business shooting up, lots of extra work and stress to meet unrealistic deadlines committed  w/o understanding the risk involved before grabbing business. Less people to do actual work, more people to follow up and do push push. “Budgetary restrictions” is the most common word you hear even before you ask about the hike which is at the level of few pennies. No real motivation to come to wrk.

Be aware of old EPM Management team.  They will take credit of your hard work.  Their philosophy is to have as many daily meetings as possible and delegate. There is no job security at this company.   Work there at your own risk.  No career future if old management stays in power.  Only new Vexos CEO/Management team can save this company.

Racing to the exit at the end of the day.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Forced 7 days a week work with threats of firing if you don't comply.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Elites with air conditioning and laundry service. Workers with only fans and DIY smock washing.

It is a joke working here.
All the bad reviews are real.
Poor and micro managment.You don't need any skill to work in here if you know someone at management.
Only $2 higher than minimum pay to operate machines.
No training,no job security, no benefit for contract staff.
High turn over rate.Good luck if you work here.

The quality department is the best place to work and the Quality Manager is a leader and provided me with various opportunities and you will get feedback time to time.

The company is to provide us how to use testing equipment to evaluate the PCBA's performance. It is also provided safety guide and ESD guide to us to protecting our healthy during the working station.

The management takes some time to listen to a new idea but overall takes it in stride and will address any issues in the job. Job is very fast-paced and a lot of issues rely in the communication between departments.

Ignorance and gang behavior at workplace is hurting and disrespectful managers from HR to simple supervisors down the floor. Starving wage and no improvement at work, such is dead-end job and waste of time. 

Happy to work in Vexos and as team spirit as well. Long day working but relax. Nice atmosphere in a team work where leading with good supervision & support! Nice management:)
