Technicians avoid this place like the plague. When going above and beyond servicing the elderly in their last years of retirement, no acknowledgement of good work from management. Absolutely abysmal pay for the work expected to be done. 20 an hour for experience in electrical, plumbing, drywall, finishing, painting, fire systems, boiler systems, shut off locations and more!

Poor supervision and direction. Expected to complete work orders but with no supplies or broken tools. 

Management looks down on you, condescending remarks and rude attitudes. No direction on how to improve. 

After sustaining an injury and discussing potential surgery, I found myself thrust into an investigation fraught with baseless accusations. It’s disheartening to see a lack of concern for employees’ well-being and a refusal to acknowledge their perspectives. My termination was framed as unrelated to my injury, yet it’s evident that it played a significant role. Staff members seemingly target others with false claims, while engaging in behaviors they accuse others of. This toxic environment is draining and not conducive to a healthy work-life balance. My advice: steer clear for your own sanity.

This company is management heavy and at present healthcare staff have zero leadership. Management is autocratic, ill-advised, controlling, ignorant and mean-spirited. Many examples of shady/near-criminal activities happening in the building. Do not work here-terrible company and management is worst I've ever experienced. I could not get out of the job fast enough.

The people. The staff and the residents are so friendly and warm.

Dealing with issues that surround aging. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It's a positive work experience for the most part. There are always a couple of spoilers in every environment.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Basically prioritize my day and get the tasks completed

start a working from 8am to 4pm we have to prepare everything first. I learned a lot from the company especially greetings with the elderly. and the management are very kind and friendly. the workplace culture are very good cause they have to respect everybody. I don't really experience and hardest part of my job. and I like what im doing cause I love my job, especially when your are helping the elderly.

*Learn to enjoy your work despite the pressure from employers and co workers. 
*Always smile and have positive vibes..

They have a lovely work environment, but dealing with the patients can be challenging. The phone rings constantly, and you have to keep up with all the paperwork and collaborate effectively with the doctors and nurses.

A nice place , the manger are friendly the employees are welcoming and nice to but the job is tasking and would keep you on your feet , you will be lifting heavy items to and walking all through 

Management goes above and beyond for their staff and residents. Great team and very positive environment. Given everything that has happened with the pandemic the  has management team has done a wonderful job navigating the challenges. 

Managers will lie to your face and play mind games. Was offered benefits during my interview and never got them, even after asking multiple times.  Difficulties getting paid, don’t adhere to labour laws.
