A typical day includes checking our schedule to see which parts need to be done for the day, and how much material to set-up for the corresponding parts. I learned how a press operates. Management always tries to give incentives for job performance and attendance. Hard work is appreciated. I enjoy the variety of personalities with whom I work. The hardest part of my job is dealing with interruptions due to unexpected changes like weather, schedule changes from shippers, and other interruptions. The most enjoyable part of the job is accomplishing varied tasks.

-Disrespectful and unprofessional management and supervisors.
-Management shows that the health and safety of the workers is not important and absolutely not a priority.
-Promote and normalize disrespectful treatment between operators/ supervisors/ managers.
- Poor training process.
- Working culture of blaming employees when there is practically no training.
- Processes are designed to exploit workers like robots
- Management and supervisors working culture dehumanizes the workers. 

There is a bad and toxic working culture in this place that is promoted by the management. 



It is constant work. But the ownership and management treat the employees like robots. You are expected to do 2 shifts worth of work in 1 shift. They don't pay enough hourly for anyone to want to provide that kind of loyalty or commitment. Employees who don't deserve a promotion get the opportunities over employees who work hard a deserve it. What saves this place is that these employees that get overlooked come together and encourage one another to keep doing a good job regardless.

What is the best part of working at the company?
nothing they just follow wat they want and dont think about the employees health and studies

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
its a hard working job and mostly whole day we need to walk more than 14k steps

they jsut tell employee to work work and just work

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
everyday  is typical day until u love your work

VisTech may not offer the highest pay, but I'm giving it a 5-star rating because it's straightforward and reliable. It's a good operation, and I've been employed there twice with the comfort of knowing I can return if I ever need work. They provide regular breaks and have a generally pleasant staff. I'm grateful for VisTech, though I wouldn't advise a long-term commitment; it's best suited as a temporary job to bridge the gap until you find something better.

In a warehouse there is a thing called a drop zone, the area where if a stack of bins gets knocked over its their landing zone. Management made people work production in this unsafe area. 
Wear black jeans in there then go out in the sun and see all the tiny sparkly fibers on your clothes, so much easier to see than the fibers in your lungs.   
Plant manager and techs dont lead by example when they go into live working robot cells.
End of shift clean up comprises blowing accumulated dust back up into the air.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing. The workers bully you and so does management.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Everything. They say they will help you be comfortable with your job but they won’t.

It’s not a great work environment.

You are given a job and expected to do it perfect right away or you get fired.

Don’t work here. The lead hand for the afternoon shift is probably one of the most unbearable people to ever work with, the coworkers are probably the best part about this place, they really make the 8 hours bearable. As of right now the company is very behind so if you get hired on right now be ready to work your butt off.

Mickey-mouse operation with power hungry supervisors that have no idea what they are doing. I'm honestly shocked this place is still in business, yet here we are.

i like working due ti the flexible schedule. Lots of Overtime during summer. no Heavy lifting. Down side is we have to walk more, but i think its okay cuz no one has to lift anything that's heavy.
