I recently interviewed with Voyant Beauty, and I can confidently say it was one of the best interview experiences I’ve had. From the very first interaction, it was clear that the company truly values a candidate’s time, skills, and potential.
The interview process was well-structured, transparent, and incredibly smooth. The communication throughout was excellent, with clear timelines, detailed expectations, and prompt feedback after each stage. Each person took the time to understand my experiences and gave thoughtful feedback on how my background aligned with the role.
The entire process felt like a two-way conversation, rather than a one-sided interrogation.  The team was also open to answering any questions I had, offering insights into the company’s future and how I could grow within the organization.

The company culture is also remarkable. It’s evident that the company fosters a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive work environment where every team member’s contributions are valued. There is also an impressive emphasis on work-life balance, continuous learning, and personal development.

 The interview process made me feel seen and respected, and I can imagine that same energy translates into everyday work life.
Overall, I am very happy to be a part of this company.

When I arrived for an in-person interview, I was immediately greeted with smiles.  It's been like that with everyone I've met since that day.  The onboarding experience was excellent and thorough.  All members of staff who participated in the onboarding were professional, friendly and very informative.  It's quite apparent that this is an experienced company who strives for excellence in all areas of business.

All days are start with different scenarios but having more challenges making me more confident

Managers and supervisor making me more comfortable and productive 

Hardest part is to handle alarm and funniest part of work is group talk 

The hiring process at Voyant Beauty was very straightforward and smooth. My experience was great and everyone that helped out with it made sure to answer any questions or concerns I may have had. The entire team was welcoming and happy to assist me throughout the process. In addition, the on-boarding was very informative and made me feel confident and prepared to join the team at Voyant Beauty. 

The interview process was very smooth. The team responded quickly, letting me know the outcome within a week and providing clear guidance throughout. Both the team members and the manager were transparent about the role and their expectations. During training, they have been patient and explained everything clearly.

Good work environment and friendly people to work with. Got unionized recently, which sucks. 
The union is weak and was not able to accomplish much for the employees.
Management has been trying to change a lot of things, but the union is an obstacle.

The time flies at work. It's a fast paced place full of opportunities to grow and improve your skills.
There is always a new project or event that will take you out of your comfort zone. And when you  navigate in unknown environments, there is a great team to support and drive you to thrive. 
   

Great place to work. Very positive attitude towards new employee. 
Benefits above average. Training provided by skilled stuff. Great place to upgrade your skills and knowledge. 8 hours shift is a plus compare to continental. No shift rotation also a plus.

I've been working at Voyant Beauty Company for the past few months, and my experience has been great. The onboarding process was smooth, the work environment is positive, and I appreciate the opportunities for growth and learning. Overall, it's been a rewarding experience so far

The work is light and you get to rest as you are not standing for the entire shift,work environment is good, can get busy somedays but overall very better compared to other packaging work in factories.
