What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing really the company never has a good thing to say to anyone only acknowledge you in negative ways absolutely no training  you are given a ton of passwords to get into things and then you are on your own. Expectations for numbers are very high and hard to achieve and little pay and the benefits for government job absolutely suck. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No training and god for it you make a mistake then you are completely inundated with messages and emails and put down in a very negative way very toxic place to work and don’t ask a question or your fired without cause.  

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Negative and toxic and too many management people micromanaging everything but god for it they come sit down with you to train you on anything or help. No they only communicate with you to tell you and screen shoot you what you did wrong and no help what you should have done

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Expectations are to make 40 calls a day and try and bring people into service plus dealing with any walk in inbound calls and the check daily how long you spoke to everyone. Constant monitoring

Opportunities exist to have a genuine and positive impact on people looking for work.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Nonexistent support from management and Little to no job security. You will watch your colleagues be fired at random by insecure and inexperienced management.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
There are several very good managers there, but they are a few and far between. If you get a good manager, the environment and culture will be positive. For the most part, however, you will be overworked, constantly stressed, undervalued and underpaid.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Go at breakneck speed from 8:30 until 5 with time off for lunch.  Most of us eat lunch at our desks to stay caught up.  .

The best part about this place is the meaningful impact that you can make with your clients. However, the toxic environment and lack of support from senior management makes the job unbearable. You will be terminated without cause and replaced without any notice. The turnover rate is atrocious and the favoritism and nepotism is apparent. There's no appreciation. No reward for your work. LOW PAY AND NO RAISES OR ROOM FOR DEVELOPMENT.

You learn what a toxic environment looks like first hand.

Gross mismanagement of power by executive management.   Fear mongering,  management by bullying.

TOXIC,  disorganized ,  soul destroying.

Micromanaged, verbally abused, frustrated.

Clients are just an income
Horrible management
