I do not know what happened but the one employee had the one boss wrapped around his finger to the point they fired a world class Service Tech. This guy was threaten and bullied but ended up getting fired because the unprofessional bias boss only cared about his good friends position. I am glad I no longer work there, I have never seen bias behavior like this at all. Everyone talked about it but no one said anything, they made this guy supervisor and he has no integrity and customers look at these things. Guy shuts down production to go cry to his buddy the boss and someone  gets fired. High ups need to take a look at this and do something. I could go on but my point is I do not recommend working here.

the pay is amazing the people are friendly and theres overtime too you start at 23 per hour and move up a raise every 3 months i worked there for couple years because of the oil rig i had been laid off if it wasnt for that circumstance i would of been there i suggesst everyone to apply there

The hours are good off at 3 in the afternoon
The pay is ok for the position
But any of the upper management that have been there awhile think they can do and say whatever they like they bully you and if you say anything against them you get fired
Do not recommend working here

If you like to design and learn modeling in another software other than inventor this would be good experience. You get to learn AutoCAD and Inventor. The pay is not very good compared to other jobs however the experience you gain is great for someone who wants to do solid modeling as a career.

The people are great and very friendly to work with we all stick to one goal and make sure everything gets done proper and manner form we share knowledge with each other management Treatise good we have bonuses seasonal and annual benefits and great pay

The compapny was good the money was good too but it just the people were rude and mean its not a great place to meet people
 plus i was working the night shift and it was just too much to handle for me i would love to go back but life is about being happy at where u work and i wasnt

Every day was a learning opportunity, and management was always willing to teach and help when available. Coworkers were helpful and encouraging

Worked there for years . Management was a complete joke and would throw anyone under the bus for a nickle . You're promised many things but nothing ever comes of it .

I’ve met some horrible people in life. But never so many in one place. If you are doing well there, the others will take it as a threat to their job security and force you out.

The washrooms are disgusting. 

I enjoyed working for Wenzel for 10 years and made many friends working there. Things went rapidly south when the company was purchased.Management and company direction changed.
