Have had 4 or 5 interviews with this company. Have been to everytime that it was a great interview. At one point was told it was one of the best interviews they've had in a long time and that they look forward to working with me. I have roughly 7 years of warehousing experience. And everytime they'd email me back saying they've hired someone more qualified but they would keep me on file if anything comes up. Each time I've had an interview they remember me and act all welcoming and almost eager to work with me. And each time I get the same result. I no longer wish to work with this company and have taken my experience elsewhere. 

long hours, lazy student helpers, poorly organise dispatch. dealing with students can be challenging even on a good day. as the driver and teamleader i found it took a lot of energy out of me to not only drive and lead the team but i also had to do a lot of the moving of homeowners belongings. They would try to force me to hide hourse in my log books as to not ding them if there where an audit on the drivers and the log books. and i felt that they never paid me my full entitled pay for the hourse and overtime i put un.

Wills Transfer was (my division has been sold since I left) a great place to work, if you like working long days, and not have much time for personal time.  My typical day started at 4:30 and would end anywhere from 6:00 - 10:00 at night.  Constantly had to fight with dispatch to NOT have me shunting all morning before heading to Montreal.  Once that was accomplished, things were better.  Great equipment and support.  I would go back to work for them again.  Only left because I was moving to a different part of the province.

Wills Transfer is such a wonderful, positive place to work! Management isn't afraid to ask employees where, they, the management, could improve, and actually listen!  Co-workers are always willing to help if they can. There may be a few branches of Wills but we are still all a tight knit group with monthly video huddle calls to keep in touch a share ideas. Employees are heard and made to feel that they matter, and in my eyes, that speaks volumes about a company! A+++++

the way things are done in at least the shell division is bound to fail.
can not rely on a few to pull the load and the rest to fill in Wills 40 hour pay check from shell. The hard workers will leave or are not going to be schooled as such in the near future. Stress level much higher for some than others. Driving safety ignored unless you hit racking. Most of the people they employ are ok, but some need experience and some are just old and crippled making them a danger to them and others

When  you couldn't get help to get what you needed on top shelf

Long but enjoyed it  , overall not a bad place to work

Wills has been a great place to work over the past 10 years. The executive team and managers genuinely want their staff to have a safe and enjoyable working experience and working culture. A high priority is put on Health and Safety with a mindful and dedicated approach. The team is enjoyable and makes coming to work a positive daily experience. 

Busy, lots to learn and take in in an unreasonable amount of time.  Clicky groups.  Left another job for this position, to be let go after 6 wks.  Feel like I was thrown under bus by the people that I was to go to if I had any questions or issues.  Was not asked how I thought my performance was going or if I had any thoughts regarding my position, or performance before being let go.

Wills Transfer is hard work. If you're willing to sweat and get your hands dirty, they pay you well for it. It's a family oriented company that will treat you as such. Pull your weight. They come down on you hard when you make a mistake, but pat you you on the back when you do good.

Great company to work for, very respectful and always had your back, trucks were always in top shape,
People rarely leave, pay was ok,  management was great always happy to help, they embrace technology
And are always up to date,
