They have the front end staff doing way too much for what they offer and they don’t let you in on that during the hiring process.
Management likes to set you up to fail and certain people even seem to enjoy to see you fail. Bad leaders and no respect for any aspects of RH, they kinda just hire you and throw you to the wolves. I think the higher ups have a lot of learning to do about how to treat staff in a fair way and work in a way that doesn’t creat so much chaos and upset customers. Working over 9.5 hours a day with no lunch breaks and no breaks was definitely a huge issue that they didn’t seem to care about since it didn’t affect the company. 

Worked for windshield surgeons for a few years and was constantly treated and reminded that I was replaceable. Had constant problems with management and when brought to HRs attention issues were ignored and swept under the rug. Could not recommend this company to anyone who’s looking to be treated fairly and with respect. My hours were constantly being changed so that I was paid less .Especially the Red Deer location. This company has many issues it refuses to address. 

Impatient and STRESSFULL management  to work i need the job that’s why i have to stay. They told me it’s a full time permanent and they laid off people including me. They work for quantity not quality. Employees doesn’t care much of the vehicle they just wanna do the job and finish it, they are demotivated because of the management’s unfair treatment 



Unfair treatment of the management. If you wanna work here you have to be friend with the manager , he tolerate people even its wrong🤣🤣.

I worked at the local west shop for a little over 7 months, and it was great learning experience. Although I did find that with being able to take a lunch & working as hard as I did, my wage was dramatically low. I felt replaceable the entire time I work here. This company is good to work for depending on which location you’re hired on to. Be prepared to bounce around edmonton, they slow down a lot during the winters!

Bad culture at this place no room for advancement constant fighting amongst employees unsafe working conditions people are constantly cutting corners and upper management strongly encourages that people cut corners and suppress employees from speaking up very hard to get a raise 

Good upper management. Willing to listen employee's opinions and idea's. A family oriented company. They have a winter and a summer employee appreciation day. Allows all workers to get together and share stories and some great prizes. Sold place to work.

Worked for 1 calendar year. Quit after 1 calendar year. No raise. No bonus. You have to buy the uniform you're required to wear. Weak.

On the positive, if you are friends with management, life will be much easy and wealthier. If you are not, prepare to work hard and not be compensated. Ever.

Good coworkers, management is very demanding and rude. Do not support employees just push for sales goals. No breaks unless you literally walk out and say you're going for lunch (even though 30 mins is deducted daily regardless of whether you get to take it or not). Lots of overtime and hard to keep going without a break.

the hours are 8 to 9 6 days a week depending on Ur shop we didn't get lunch breaks management is extremely strict and not all well informed on installing glass not over all a very great company

Title pretty much says it all, They would rather keep someone that can't ever show up on time vs the others that showed up everyday right on time with no question.
