Extremely poor working condition with super toxic worker and will talk behind your back the moment you leave.

Pay is horrible with the amount of work that you have to do, along with the extremely poor management. Toxic work environment with horrible attitude. For the old people, I feel very sad about them because this company don't care about them. Worker dont treat them good and it is sad to see them suffer like this.  Super cheap company, lunch is super small and don't make me full. Plus the lunch is not free. 

All the good worker has quit that is why his company is always hiring.



My job as an Health Care Aide in the community is very exciting, meeting people of different background, dealing everyday life with clients, and helping them get through their day despite their pains and difficulties. Making sure clients are safe, comfortable and their needs are met.
The challenging part is the driving from house to house given a certain time to do the task and time of travelling.
I get along well with my co-workers.

Working in Wing Kei Care Centre, widened my horizon and gave me the opportuniy to use and refine my skills. They have a good management, co-workers are very friendly, supportive and a team player. The hardest part of my work is to see someone die. The most enjoyable part of my work is helping people, knowing that I am making a difference in the lives of the residents.

I learnt a lot in the previous job especially in a charitable organization.  There were very good co-workers like a big family.  I did not find any hardship in the job but really enjoy that I can fully utilized my office skill there.

Wingkei will always keep labour's wage a little higher than minimum pay. If minimum pay does not increase, they wont increase employee's salary.

Besides, some employees will have to work 6 days in a row and some of days would be 10 hours work.

Not a pleasant place to work in due to politics from all levels.  Too much gossips within & between departments.  Very hard work but low pay and totally unhealthy work environment.

Staffs are excellent in patient care and they all work as a team. I worked independently during my nursing practice as my preceptor provided me required assignments and expectations during my orientation.

The wages and salary are only with minimum hourly rate. However, all of the staffs and colleagues are so helpful and supportive when you need assistance. 

It’s a fair pay for salary, nice co-worker.no pressure of work and just finish a day to day work 
Take care residents and be a good customer services is the main work in every position.
