The best part about working at Workforce Inc. is connecting with various types of people who are looking for work and helping them by finding the right fit for them. It's also great engaging with clients and helping them become more productive and efficient by supplying them with the workforce they need. The Management offers flexibility by allowing you to work from home and also come into the office when needed. They give you feedback in order to grow and improve as an employee. The culture is friendly and laid back. A typical day usually involves lots of resume reviewing, phone screenings and booking in interviews with candidates and communicating with clients. The hardest part of the job is trying to ensure that placements are successful with candidates and the best part is when it happens!

Worked here for two summers. I can say with certainty this is the WORST job I have ever had. When you start they promise you great jobs with high salary but from there it goes down hill. I had weeks where I was only given 2-3 days of work. You are practically forced to beg them for more jobs and extra hours. I had multiple occasions where I was told the night before that the job would be canceled and that I wouldn’t be working the next day.  They do not pay for training or care for their employees at all. I have spoken to many other employees over the month who have all said similar things. Unless you have a criminal record there is no reason you should work for this company. STAY AWAY!!!

Culture was one of the best, very friendly people.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There wasn’t ever any stress that I faced in the company while working. Challenges are always there, which is a lot of learning actually.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very friendly and open door policy.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A balanced day, with work and breaks at usual times. Sometimes a little pressure but, manageable.

My Workforce experience was great from start to finish.  They reach out to me on Indeed and scheduled a phone interview for an internal position.  The interview felt more like a conversation than a structured interview which really put me at ease.  A few days later I went into the branch to meet the Business Manager and again it was relaxed and comfortable.

I am pleased to say I am officially part of the WorkForce team and excited about this new adventure.

Being employed with Workforce Inc. for several years has given me the ability to complete courses and to grow in my role with the company. The flexibility that Workforce Inc. has offered to their employees has also given me the ability to have a good work/home life balance. Whether it be attending my children's appointments or working from home on a snow day they have supported me. The best part about working here is the people! We truly have a workfamily and it makes every day enjoyable!

Workforce cares about who you are and what skills you can bring to the table. They pride themselves on teamwork and understand that positive personalities can help make the office environment comfortable and welcoming. Everyone works together to achieve a common goal, and there is no hostility from anyone wanting the glory. You are successful together, not independently. They care about your performance and they care about rewarding it with office lunches and high fives.

Workind for Workforce is, hands down, the best job I have ever had. I can't say enough good things about my job. I'm appreciated, without question. The managers are always looking for ways to motivate, appreciate, accommodate employees. We are part of team who equally works hard and has fun together. The environment is like no other I know of - I've never felt more accepted or lucky to work somewhere.

Workforce is an employer that really makes you feel valued and allows you to have a work-life balance. The workdays are relaxed and autonomous. 

Management is always encouraging and see errors as opportunities to learn and grow. 

The family oriented work culture that exists at Workforce comes full circle. They really feel like an extension of my family. 

The best part of this job is that I have amazing co-workers.

It’s a great place to work if you’re looking for something to keep busy for awhile, summer student etc. If you’re looking for a steady 9-5 mon-fri all year round job, this one probably won’t be for you.
The pay is fair, with the hours you work (depending on what work is available) it’s worth 18.50. 
You get to meet a bunch of different people while working with different companies.

Out of all the job's I've personally had, Workforce takes the cake!

Management is awesome, helpful and friendly. Weather you need something or there's an issue, they listen. You're never waiting around for anything. No shortage of work. Hard work is 100% noticed. Workplace culture is phenomenal, always positive and in a great mood.
