Was a loyal employee for them for 5 years (Two other employees have been there longer) They went through two major staff turn around and I still stayed. There was a lot of false promises. Job security doesn't exist, especially with new management. Was given a 5 year plaque and was told how an important of an employee I was for the company. The week after I was terminated without cause over email.  We started spring season and 3 days later I was told to stay home due to rain day, on that rain day, I was sent a email stating I got terminated without cause. They couldn't even do it in person. The email and the attached letter contradicted eachother and was nothing but lies. I went to grab my stuff the day after and ran into new management. They lied to me stating my foreman complained about me and said some negative things. They also lied to the foreman telling my foreman that I said negative things about him. Little did they know, I was personal friends with the foreman and we talked outside of work. There is alot of favoritism within that company and don't like if you speak your mind about things. They want YES employees. Very unorganized and lack of communication. Employees are treated poorly unless you are one of their favorites. Only good thing about working there was the work experience I received and the people I got to work with. 

Since joining Wright Landscape Services, it has been a great experience to feel part of the team. Very welcoming right from the start of onboarding. Lots of support to get you up to speed. Lots of experience and knowledge between management and crew members to help you excel and learn. A great place to grow, gain experience with the possibility to move up within the company. They really set the bar for people looking for a professional and dynamic work environment. Dave wright, president and CEO takes an active role in the company and is very helpful and passionate about this industry. 

Fun and professional team in the office and out on site. Great management team who are dedicated to ensure you succeed and want you to move up in the company. Incredibly flexible - post maternity leave I needed my hours adjusted and they had no problem with that. Appreciate this company, my colleagues, and my boss greatly. Would 10/10 recommend joining our team. 

I joined Wright with little to no experience, and I can confidently say I was treated just as good as the experienced crew members, and was given the same respect and opportunity to grow as them. 

Overall a great place to work, tons of knowledge and support from management and office staff. 

If you have questions, ask. They are always answered. 
Management is very involved - if you need time with management, you will get your time with management. 

Management is not existent. Employees have no guidance or instruction. The equipment they supply is broken or falling apart. Training programs and safety protocols are laughed at and not taken seriously. 

Lots of ability to learn, grow, move up. 
Management is involved in employees.
Fun environment for employees, good social environment. Lots of variety in jobs and job sites.

owner of wright was handed everything to him on silver platter..knows less about landscape construction and running a business than the students working for him but thinks he knows everything. which is a very bad combination.

Typical day at work starts with being called in with no notice and having to watch your own back as their safety is non-existent or they're too high to do their job

A true place to grow.  Management cares about making employees lives better.  New Equipment and profit sharing bonuses make it all worth while.
