Management is strict when needed but understanding and amicable with the workers. The coworkers are supportive and are close with each other. The company itself has many benefits and everybody knows each other. The work can be repetitive and tiring at times, but such is the daily life in a warehouse. The hours are regular and easy to get used to.

Engaged colleagues and leadership, passionate about their product and the customers who use them

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There really wasn’t anything unduly stressful. Perhaps the commute.

With only approximately 150 employees, working at Yamaha was like being part of one big family. Everyone knew everyone else.

Employee experience and knowledge are underutilized and management people skills are lacking, there is also little prospect of career progression within the company so you feel like just another cog in the corporate machine, some of the perks and company outings are nice.

All coworkers very friendly and professional, except for one of the managers. 
This individual is bringing the place down.
And everyone is aware of this.
No one takes action, as they are all afraid for their job security.
Not a recommended workplace.

Money making departments such as sales are highly regarded and compensated whereas other departments are not.  Also, Management needs better training on how to handle employees.

Very flexible and thoughtful Manager, nice environment, exciting products.
Still adjusting to the environment, but very Canadian, very nice cafeteria and Gym.

Good people but some managers need to listen to more experienced employees  even if they are just " worker bees" 
They been around longer and know the job better then most NEW managers

manager was not professional. lots of drama. however, if you just stay in your corner and do your work ...its ok...they had cool activity for their employees.
