Stress comes from emergencies from time to time. But with support and correct escalation it can be minimised to completely normal level.

Health environment, company that not just talks about work life balance but actually helps employees to have a great balance.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Coming to work is great each morning. Even if difficulties arise support is always there. There is little room for mistakes, as procedures are clear and transparent.

I felt there was a gap between the company’s stated values and the day-to-day management approach. This made it difficult to feel fully supported or to see clear opportunities for growth.

1. Very busy always on the go. You really have to be organized and use your time wisely 
2. Not to trust anyone. Everyone one is out for themselves 
3. Management is passive aggressive, dishonest, unethnical, employees are angry and exhausted.you have to fight for yourcrights regularly. 
4. No one is held accountable for their bad behavior. Lots of finger pointing but no co seq6for bad behavior 

The leasing agent work is very independent, with a few weekly meetings but generally self sufficient work. Great for self motivated people who know how to do their job, stay organized and on top of deadlines, and willing to work by themself. Technology driven company with access to good software such as Yardi and other efficient programs for applications/leases. Head office in Edmonton, with a newly opened office in Calgary. 

I have had a fantastic experience with this company. They are truly outstanding, and what sets them apart is the owner's commitment to listening and thoughtfully considering every suggestion and concern. It's rare to find such attentive and responsive leadership, and it really makes a difference. Highly recommend!

I dont recommend anyone to work there . they just bring their friends there to work

The organization is extremely reactive, micromanaged and disorganized. This comes from the top of the organization. Everyone is scared to make a mistake
