Used to be a good workplace but they have taken a huge nosedive.

1. There is no work life balance, they will load you with work, demand you get it done in a  short window of time but also nag you about clocking in and out exactly on time.
2. They do not care about the employees at all, EVERYTHING is for the business
3. Love to emphasize team work but it’s just an excuse to give you more to work on because you have a team to help (team is getting the exact same huge workload)
4. Anytime they have a meeting they have to talk about how much they appreciate you and how they know you’re overwhelmed and they pat you on the back for pushing through
5. MICROMANAGING MICROMANAGING MICROMANAGING, won’t go into details but trust me, it’s extreme
6. Talk down to you, they know how to make you feel small
7.  GLUED TO YOUR DESK
8. Short lunches 
9. Need to write everything down because they change policies and procedures constantly so you’re never comfortable, never know if you are doing anything correctly as it’s probably changed in the time it took you to do it 



I had the pleasure of working at Alphabroder for several years, and it was a truly valuable experience. The company fosters a supportive and collaborative work environment, and I always felt heard and respected by my team and managers. Training was thorough, and there were plenty of opportunities to develop new skills.

One of the things I appreciated most was the team spirit — colleagues were helpful and always willing to lend a hand. The management team was approachable, and communication was clear and consistent. Work-life balance was also respected, which is rare in fast-paced environments.

If you're looking to grow your career in a stable and professional setting, Alphabroder is a great place to start. I’m grateful for the experience and everything I learned during my time there.

Typical day at work is mostly picking orders. I believe i learned time management, cooperation and safety precautions. Workplace culture is fun with friends and co-workers. Having lunch and snacks together is always enjoy time.  The hardest part of the job is when orders are low coz then u have to look  for some other tasks. The most enjoyable part of the job is when ur able to finish all the orders that were dropped for the day.

Hours are great. Pay is avg. Regular raises. They pay for your benefits. They do try hard for a positive atmosphere to compensate for zero room to advance. Whatever job you get, you're either stuck there, or you can apply for other positions but they're lateral moves. Management will never leave, they're lifers so you'll never get their position. VPs are very much involved which is nice. They do have lots of events and do give random incentives. It's a nice place but not to retire on.

Just when you think you are doing a successful job, your manager critiques you in a passive aggressive manner.  Hard work definitely goes unseen. No room to grow, as certain departments have deadlines, and its made clear to you the only objective you should have is to help the team, even though its also made clear to you thru other employees, that your job once completed will end your post because there simply is no room to hire permanent anytime soon. 

I thoroughly enjoyed working with the majority of the staff and I learned a lot over the years. 
I had the opportunity to travel to different locations, in and outside of Canada with the trade show team. 
I wore many different hats over the 14 years while employed with Alphabroder (Ash City) and it is unfortunate that during the process of  the acquisition my position became redundant.

Overall great place to work, great people at Alpha, social committee does a great job in interacting with employees and putting fun activities and events together for everyone enjoyment. HR personnel seems to care for employees mental and physical well being as they go about their daily administrative duties.

Dynamic company to work for, it's a multi billion dollar company.
Alphabroder is the parent company of many subsidiaries.
AlphaBroder is a great place to work. flexible hours and great management. Benefits were also good. i would recommend this company to anyone looking for a fun work place.

AB has a solid management team and great work environment. 
They get it! 
I truly enjoy going to work and seeing my co workers daily. 
AB makes working fun and understands the need between working and the ability to have fun to keep morale high.

Terrible treatment of men. Sexist environment. They give you a productivity report every month as a new policy but if you've been there before the new policy, the progress report won't apply to you. Very unfair. Your benifits won't kick in until 6 months and that's after you get off contract. You can take over 1 year to get off contract.
