Good pay however, you're promised something at the end of the shutdown (continuous work) and then it's taken away from you. It's site life,everyone for themselves but backing out of promises isn't great. Some good people, some managers that don't really care, others will go above and beyond out in the field really good recent shutdown however, not the same girl for camp bookings as last summer which made my job harder. Would be better if the same admin staff came back year round, a lot of my co-workers have said the same about the same person. Great pay, safety is good, good experience out in the field, team work great together, great health and safety team, however moving camps is not always fun in the middle of a shutdown.

being responsible for an entire Country as area of responsibility can be a daunting yet fulfilling task. With different markets across a huge geographical market, it was never boring.

The corporate culture is in flux after acquisition and they are currently re-envisioning themselves and how they want to do things. They are actively applying a collaborative way approach to their processes and have recently implemented a new center of excellence.

The work consisted in assisting journeymen in measuring, cutting, grinding, tacking, mounting, dismantling pipes. Blinding, deblinding and installing valves on lines.

My overall experiance with aptim has been good. Only been involved with them during shutdowns but the work atmosphere, co workers, and management have been great.

Great work life balance, and work flexibility but work was sometimes too slow, and projects were not varied enough. Coworkers were nice and managers understand the balance of family/work obligations .

Great management, very positive, very safety orientated. They look after their employees. got a lot of overtime. great learning opportunity. Would definitely work for them again

Very good company to work for, lots of hours and good people.  Very organized, and runs efficient with all the tools need to complete the job in an efficient manner.
