a day when i had a customer complaining about my staff being rude with him and it was last day of month so closing date when manager have a lot more to do than a daily routine.
i learned that whatever happen customers are our priority from where we get our revenue.
management is a hardest thing to but but if you enjoy your work and if you love challenges then you are a leader.
i always had a very healthy professional relations with my co-workers and at work like a family i always appreciate my co workers for their job done and motive them for future too. 
the hardest pat of the job is to handle upset customers because you do not want to loose them and moreover when what are they saying is not unfair too. 
the most enjoyable part of the job is when u know you have achieved the goal and your work done will be appreciated and also there is still a room for you and you team to learn something new.

BP claim to pride themselves as a company that cares for its people, when actually their stores are full of toxic management who shun any outsider/new person and give next to no support to those who need it. They bullied staff members into believing that their approach to social distancing was adequate when it wasn't, and if anyone said that they didn't feel comfortable with working in a busy store with no room for social distancing they were dismissed immediately as a 'wimp'. 

If you have any form of depression or anxiety then don't feel like you can go to their managers or HR department as according to them depression isn't a disability and they will not even have a conversation with you to see how they can help, they will just say to you that the company spends lots of money on a free membership for the Calm app for you to use. 

Every day would start with a morning meeting where the job criteria for the day would be handed out to each group. I was privledged with learning many different tasks such as fixing and troubleshooting various industrial equipment and also took part in many safety practices. The hardest part of the job was probably having so many different jobs that had to be left unfinished to wait for parts to arrive. The most enjoyable was getting to work alongside qualified professionals and getting to learn each day.

Starting at either 2pm or 6am you would work for 8 hours

the management changed three times while i worked there which I found annoying.

my co workers were fun and enjoyable to be around.

the hardest part was the standing all day which was very hard on the feet.

the most enjoyable was when we had a nice smooth day with no angry customers and if my co workers were in a good mood.

I work at the RSB site of the British Petroleum Company in Iraq in the province of Basra ... I work as a supplier of oil extraction materials ... I worked for a period of no less than seven years..before my entry into the field of oil companies..I used to work as an Internet provider in Iraq.  I work for 5 years..I also worked in the field of home furnishing with electricity for a period of 3 years. I worked immediately after graduation ... I speak English, medium level ....

Provided administrative support, including mail, reception, supplies, office machine rental contracts, filing, vehicle usage reporting, timesheet auditing, accounts payable, credit card reconciliations, and employee expenses. Supported HR department. Trained junior administrative staff and delivered safety orientation for new hires and on-site vendors.  Participated in ERP exercises.

The BP engineers need to spend more time on the offshore platforms or have upstream oil and gas plant experience.

There is a somewhat antagonistic relationship with maintenance contractors.

NOTE: The job was in Trinidad and Tobago and not Trinity, ON which was the closest option.

Managers and BP in general DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. I've been bullied and harassed and nothing got done. A young girl was sexually harassed here and they turned a blind eye. You'd do best not to work here.

Everything they tell you in the interview be ready for 10x more work which they don't tell you about but expect you to do.

day begins with temp checks,topping up chilled cabinet, tray up cookies, danishes.   get next days ambient s from freezer, tray up next days 6am bake leaving frozens as we dont have enough freezer space in outside cabinet.    once that is done im making coffees and serving customers until 7pm.

my shift starts early in the morning. its always happy to see people in the morning and expressing ourselfs to them. its my pleasure to serve the customers with full satisfaction. my boss is always helpful so did my collegues. i used to work day evening night shifts which was always atough part to me.
