this place is horrible, they sell "premium service" but its far from it, the management there is horrible. there is barely training when your hired, they give you false promises at interview. The dock is a mess. sales development manager has their hands in all depts...  and is the root cause of so many issues and people leaving because they feel belittled and lack of respect. they love playing the blame game. 

do yourself a favor and stay away for your mental wellbeing.

Very flexible hour for me and a lot of overtime

IF it weren't for the dispatcher and the drivers actually doing all the work, this place would go under. The Manager legit is there an hour a day because he manages another warehouse. Talks a big game but really has no idea whats going on its actually kind of funny. The Dispatcher and dock supervisor run the dock really. Most drivers are good guys but all know who really runs the place. IF you work here just don't buy what the ops manager is selling.

I love to work across dark and I've been loading almost more than 5 years LTL container and 53 ft trailer high-end tie

i worked there Monday to Thursday 8 to 430, on Friday 8-5.
hours were good.

 Management not so good lower management was verbally abusive one of the two other warehouse would constantly start verbal and fiscal conflict and management would just turn a blind eye and not care.

Excellent company with amazing staff. When I walked into CCT for the first time, you felt welcomed and right away a part of the team. 
I learned more of the customer service side of the transportation business, which was helped me further my career

A typical day in this job, is completing multipliable bills from different companies of shipments. Transportation company sending shipments to the docks and making sure all the information is enter correctly int the data system.

Cross dock operation that offers a good place to work with nice equipment and a good managemenmt team that respects their employees. The equipment is well maintained for the drivers as well as the dock. Over all a very good place to work!

Lots of problem solving between departments.  But satisfying work.  Very helpful lead hand and good workers to supervise.
Workplace culture was helpful, but not a lot of freight was being moved after a while.
