I was hired at eOutsource Solutions almost ten months ago. 

I was taken on in an entry level position but my growth here has been a continuous process since I began my employment.

The flexibility here is very conducive to my lifestyle because I am a student, but I am still able to get all the hours I want in a week.

I look forward to coming into the office because I know no matter who is working that day I am going to have a good time with them. It is a very open and positive environment and I feel like this allows me to perform my best every time I come in.

The training here on the computer software used for the online customer service has been really great. I would say the hardest part of the job is when it gets really busy but it just makes time go by really fast.

I would say management in supportive on a work-level and actually even a personal level.

Not your average office job. SUPER casual environment, lots of fun people. The pay is okay, but even with bonuses it's only $15-17 an hour, so not really a long-term solution.

They're super flexible with scheduling, so it's a great place to work if you're in school. Bonuses are biggest for weekend & evening shifts - perfect for a student schedule. 

Can get pretty monotonous, really depended on my shiftmates to make the job interesting and make the time go by quickly.

Management has been improving their transparency and accountability a lot lately, and it makes this a WAY better environment to work in. If your sales stats are above average and you're responsible, they'll keep you for as long as you want to stay.

This is not your typical office job. It's loud, fun, and very casual. A couple recent changes in management have made work a lot less stressful and improved job security.

Sales bonuses are very attainable, on average around $1-2/hour, but only if you work an evening or overnight shift. Very difficult to attain bonus on 6am-12pm shift.

Do you love being paid less than you're worth, getting only 30mins for a break ALL DAY, working with only females who will claw your eyes out for the attention and bonuses, getting treated nice to your face then ratted on for everything you do/say? Do you like having zero job security, at constant risk to get fired if a co-worker simply doesn't like you and keeps ratting on you? If you have no value for your time or dignity, this job is for YOU!

Do not listen to promises for advancement or a pay raise. All employees plot against each other and will get certain people fired if they do not get along.

Friendly management and very flexible work schedules but only thing is that area has no parking unless you want to pay $20 and it can be a bit mentally demanding. Great for a second job.

eOutsource Solutions is a very laid back work place, A lot of typing 8 hour shifts you only get a half hour break, great Co-workers, great management very low hourly pay. processed customer information and worked as a team,

Alright job not the best hours and not the best break, Worked with very nice ladies that were helpful and so friendly. Very micro managed and always feared loosing job.

its a fun environment not your usual work place.. i just felt like they needed to manage better and if there is a problem to investigate the issues at hand more
