The most enjoyable part of this job is the friends you make in the co-workers you have. While stressful, supporting the clients is fulfilling, and being able to be goofy is a lot of fun. There is no "typical" day at work, because every day is so very different when you're working in a field like this. You may take your participant grocery shopping, or out for coffee, or a walk. You may help them with maintaining or improving fine motor skills with activities and games. You'll assist your participant with ambulation at times throughout the day, personal care such as bathing and washroom use. Cooking, and assisting with eating is also part of this job, as well as some house cleaning. 
Now, unfortunately, enVision has become quite known for manipulating their employees, not protecting them, and bullying. I must say these accusations are all very, very true. The managers manipulate, intentionally underpay, lie, and cheat to get ahead. They will not have your back when things get tough. The managers and "office people" at enVision have developed a certain pattern of caring only for themselves, instead of their participants and hard working front line staff. The front line staff are abused daily (both mentally and physically), and when management is asked for protection, they are turned away, and often throw their staff under the bus. At the end of the day, I am appalled to have ever worked for this heartless company.

The lowest paid employer with the highest amount of stress. Management never takes complaints seriously, the office acts as a separate entity from its clients and has unrealistic expectations for its clients and from their employees.

Management sucks very low pay rumors and drama unless you want an ulcer there is something better out there , no advancement or raises to may people act like they know everything if you stand up for yourself you are the one that gets in trouble no appreciation for going above and beyond

It was a family environment with collaboration for success and opportunity for growth. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I didn't experience any stressful part because the support system is there to help you through every challenges.

Great place to work. The wages suck but they offer so many training opportunities and pay for your education. Clients are respected and given opportunities to meet their goals! I loved it here and I miss this work place every day!

You are not valued as an employee. They treat you like sheep and move you all over. Management is horrible all the way to the top. No sense trying to talk to anyone in Management. Always comes back to you having a problem, not them. Would never work there again. Pay is horrible!

They promise to train you but they do not. Constant change in schedule with little consideration for your personal life. Incompetent, ignorant, and lazy management who spend their time trying to pin their mistakes on you. Stay away from this position, I can not stress this enough.

They ask the maximum of the workers, they pay the minimum and treat you unfair, they are harsh, not flexible and borderline mean and you get a bully vibe.

* supported clients to have their personal dreams be fulfilled

Loved the work environment. All of my managers were supportive and easy to talk to. Great coworkers who made it fun to go into work everyday. The most enjoyable part of the job is being with the people you support.
