I have worked at Martindale Dental as a dental receptionist and my typical day of worked included answering phones, scheduling appointments and checking patients in and out. During the opportunity I was able to learn about the importance of teamwork and the success a company can have with adequate teamwork. Workplace culture was excellent as it was supportive and welcoming. Management was always happy to lend a happy hand, listen about my concerns and work in the battle field when necessary. The hardest part of the job was dealing with patient's insurance. I really enjoyed coming into work everyday and working with my team. 

Management Is great on a personal level but from a managerial perspective, I feel there is a lot of pressure to hit targets and goals that are not always realistic which results in poor job security, poor employee morale and over all distrust. The turn over rate at the front desk is in excess and could be avoided. The staff, however, are kind, friendly and always willing to help each other out. This team could be a force to reckon with if they got on the same mindset and didn't put so much pressure on performance and targets from upper management.

The assistants are a great group of women to work with. Hygienists are too knotch, the drs on the most part are very nice. The front desk admin team are great. Just had issues with one dr there that I couldn’t turn a blind eye on and had to leave. Will miss them dearly and learned so much from them so quickly. They are a family that if you fit you fit if you don’t you don’t.

Working for Martindale Dental have been a great experience I have grown both professionally and personally. My co-workers and management staff were amazing .  Management is always supportive and ready to lend a helping hand when needed, thoroughly enjoyed working at Martindale Dental. 


Very catty atmosphere. Continual turnover. Full time promised but lucky to get 32 hours, pay is not comparable to other offices in the area. A lot of women in one office someone is always upset and arguing with someone else. Upper management is a bunch of bullies.

High turnover of people most stressful place to work.  Management are bullies.
Good place for new grads get experience and leave. If they don’t like you they will try to make life miserable so you leave.  Owners do not care about you as an employee.

Busy office but management was always willing to listen and help out. Most dentists were kind and easy to work with. And the team dynamic is great for newer grads as the senior staff is always willing to help and guide you. Overall, a good place to work.

Great place to work.  Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.  Most enjoyable part of the job is the independence and the positive team.  Also very clean and sterile, following all infection control procedures.

Great environment. Great clients. If you work hard everything else is easy.  Supportive management, up to date training and continuous updating office technologies and supplies. 

great place to work, great team, great hours and locations. great learning play,not too busy of an office. sad to go but i need to grow in my field and try new things
